Review: If you have a griddle, I would recommend this grill press to help your cooking. It has a wooden handle, so it won't get too hot, it's quite large, and of decent weight. Great for using as a bacon press, putting some weight on proteins, and if you want to make a grilled burrito or quesadilla. The downside is that it is cast iron, so it will rust if you don't take care of it, and it's not the easiest to clean. However, this is a good product, and I would recommend it for griddle owners. Note: Since the handle is made of wood, I would not recommend using it in a very hot bbq or gas grill.

Review: It has a nice appearance and is heavy enough to press down a grilled sandwich. Exactly what I was looking for. It is certainly something you could give as a gift for those who love to cook.I originally purchased my first one for meats and sandwiches. This is now my second one, I use to press down grilled veggies on my cast iron grill/griddle. I need two because the end product is FABULOUS. Like being on vacation at home:=)) GREAT PRODUCT!
