Title: I really wanted to like this book.
Review: So let me start by saying that this book is put together well. Nice pictures. Easy to navigate and read and the recipes are quite nice. BUT!!. There is one thing that I just can't get past and that is instead of telling you the actually seasonings to put in some of these dishes. The author wants you to buy her seasonings. She should include the actual seasonings in the recipe instead of basically forcing you to buy hers. For this reason I don't use this book very often.

Review: My first impression of this cook book is that itâs so vibrant , fun, organized, and well written ! I think it was a nice personal touch to include her family just like in her videos, it creates a warm feeling unlike other cook books that only have photos of the food.I was so excited when I finally got my hands on this cook book that I went out to get the ingredients to try and make her Aguachile Verde recipe. Let me tell you it was a hit !!! My family devoured it and is now a dish I can confidently make thanks to this cook book!!!! I canât wait to try the others , thank you Jenny!
