Title: Great books for beginner gymnasts with positive message.
Review: My friend recommended I buy this series for my 7 year old daughter who is training level 4. The text is too difficult for her to read by herself but she really enjoys me reading it to her as a bedtime story. The chapters are relatively short and easy to read out loud. I love that the moral of the story in each book applies to my daughters life and she’s going through similar things as the characters in the story.

Title: A fun start to this gymnastics series for elementary-aged readers
Review: I'VE GOT THIS features eight-year-old Trista who has just moved to a new town and is starting serious gymnastics for the first time (after previously only doing tumbling classes). Trista's voice rings true as an eight-year-old. She wants what she wants, she expects to be good at everything pretty quickly, and she wants a lot of attention. I like that there are actual skills mentioned and explained, and the illustrations of a skill at the beginning of each chapter are great to give readers a visual representation if they are not familiar with the skills themselves. If I'm going to get nitpicky, I'd say that some of the dialogue punctuation mistakes made my inner editor cringe a little, but otherwise I really enjoyed the story and will read more in the series.

Title: 9yo gymnast who doesn't really like reading LOVES this series
Review: This is the first book series my 9 year old has fallen for. We've bought the entire series and wishing there were more! As a young gymnast (working to master her last few combinations to make the local gymanstics team), she can relate to the challenges each of the characters face: comparing your skills to those of your friends, frustration as you try to master a skill, seeing other parents more/less involved than your own family, social dynamics within the gym, etc. Each book focuses on a different girl in the gym, and she's enjoyed learning about each of them. The chapter length means we can read 1-2 chapters each night. The little action drawings of a particular skill at the beginning of each chapter are a fun detail.

Title: Great series for young gymnasts
Review: My 8 year old level 4 gymnasts love this series! This was the perfect ready level for an average 3rd grade reader. We started a book club during quarantine with a few of their friends and this was the perfect series. Just note, you have a kindle this series is on kindle Unlimited and if you buy directly from the author’s website she signs the books!!

Review: This book is very expensive considering the incredibly brief storyline. It’s well written and the characters are nicely drawn, but the plot is skimpy. At the point where the book ended, my daughter said, “This has to be a mistake - it’s only just got going.” We felt the reading time versus cost made it very poor value.
