Review: It’s a good value. I like that it’s compact and can be stored in very small space. You can hit all major muscle groups and get a decent workout with concentrated movements. I’d give 5 stars if it had more resistance and a wider variety in length on bands.

Title: Good portable home gym system
Review: I absolutely love that there is such a variety of things that I can do with this, so that I don't get bored, or find ways to make excuses for not exercising. I just put on some music and get to work. I love the resistance bands for stretching and working different muscle groups at various intensities. The push up handles makes it much easier to do a good push up with nice form, which I struggle with. The handles are pretty sturdy and don't hurt while you're using them. This portable hoe gym is a perfect size to carry around and easy to store without taking up too much space.
