Title: Had my doubts but I'm seeing progress!
Review: I purchased this in a frenzy of hairloss freakout. I'm 43 in perimenopause with fine hair and my body had an allergic reaction to hair dye. I've always had a some issues with hair dye but nothing to this extent. While my stylist was coloring I had a very itchy scalp and the next day my hair started coming out in clumps. This went on for at least a week. I picked up the Marys liquid mango version first and then found this one.The improvement was not overnight but over the weeks. I've been taking this a little over a month and have noticed significant growth (roots growing in), a lot of baby hairs and my hairloss has dropped to normal shedding. Now, I have stopped using hair products with sulfates and parabens (You can find some affordable options) and I wash my hair every other day.Side note - I noticed improvement with the fine lines on my forehead this morning. Bonus! The consistency is the only negative part of this vitamin. It's really thick so I make sure I have coffee/water etc to drink directly after.Hopefully this vitamin works for you!

Title: Yum!! It tastes like Starbucks caramel sauce!
Review: It’s delicious but not so delicious it becomes a forbidden snack. You def get the feel you’re taking a vitamin but you quickly forget all that when the taste takes over. It’s also very effective when taken with Rogain & Zinc. So many new baby hairs! I LOVE!!

Title: Amazing Stuff!!
Review: I am opening my 3rd bottle tomorrow morning. This stuff works great! My hair is thicker, growing in where I was balding. I got my hair colored 8/30/24, and the photo above shows how much growth I’ve had since then!!

Title: Becareful!
Review: First off I was so excited to receive this bottle as I had heard great reviews about it on social media. I did some research before I purchased this particular vitamin as Mary Ruth has a few different ones for hair growth. HOWEVER, this bottle felt sketchy and I took the bottle out of the box it DID NOT have the foil seal that ALL vitamins especially liquid must have this had a plastic clear inserted stopper that at first I was like wow clever but when I went to take the vitamin it smelled and tasted weird...the taste was rancid and not to mention mine was liquid not the caramel texture I saw on ALL the reviews on the internet. I didn't think much of it I said maybe I'll refrigerate for a day and it will solidify...NOPE. second day I took at lunch and it had the same rancid taste and still watery...by that night my stomach felt odd ended up with GI issues...BEWARE who knows who's selling these vitamins they can be tampered with bcuz why not have the proper foil seal?!? Also, this product did not have an expiration date on the bottle. Looking back so many red flags but didn't think much of it until second day and GI issues kicked in. I ended up buying it from the vitamin shoppe in person and sure behold it had the proper seal and expiration date!! Do not purchase unless it's from a legitimate store or mary ruths. I disposed the bottle and amazon customer service was amazing they helped with my refund.

Title: Gut issues
Review: I gave this product three stars because I'm not sure what is working and what caused my issues, but.... I started having intestinal issues during the same time I was taking this product. I also have baby hairs growing on top of my head (not just hairline). However, I've been doing a LOT of things for growing hair like scalp massage, hair oils, shampoos, rinses, etc., so it's difficult to say what is re-growing my hair. The intestinal issues caused me to think I was developing a gluten intolerance. Every time I ate pasta, bread -- even some gravy I made with white flour -- I had intestinal cramping and either constipation or diarrhea, so I gave all my flour and pasta products to a friend and have bought gluten-free everything (which is okay, but not as tasty, and the textures can be a bit icky). I was considering buying another bottle of the Hair Growth Max (or one of the other Mary Ruth Hair Growth products), but after reading a couple of one-star reviews on those other supplements, I'm beginning to wonder if it's the Lustriva that was causing my problems. I can't find any info on negative Lustriva side effects, but I did learn that it isn't a natural ingredient - it's lab created. Now I'm afraid to repurchase this, because I sure don't want to experience another 3-5 days of feeling ill... I've lost enough days to it already. I finished my first bottle about the same time I had to switch to gluten-free, so it's hard to know without being willing to feel ill again, but the timing sure is suspicious. I have NEVER had issues with my gut - always been able to eat anything and I take vitamin supplements daily with no problems. Hope this helps someone else.EDIT: I have since researched the eclipta and amla, and amla's side effects include acidity, constipation, diarrhea, nausea, stomach cramps, and heartburn, so that could have been the source of my problem. I have slowly re-introduced non-gluten-free items into my diet, with no gut distress. Also, I have to give kudos to MaryRuth's. They have been in contact with me and expressed their concern about my experience.

THE END
