Title: Super effective
Review: I started having thinning hair around 10 years ago. Once it started to progress, I started using Nioxin system 2, including this leave in spray, and my hairline and amount of hair has remained the same. This also has some decent hold to it, so I don't have to use any pomade or anything like that. For a long haired individual, I can see this being kind of annoying since it can dry pretty hard. Anyway I love it, great product.

Review: I have used this for years now and it is the best product I have found. I have found that one only has to use a small amount for the hair to be full. Another good thing about this product is that it doesn't feel sticky. I would recommend this product.

Title: I tried something else, came right back, this is the beset
Review: I used this for years and at the age of 58 am glad I still have as much hair as I have. However, I wondered if using the exact same hair care products like Nioxin over and over wasn't as effective as changing things up. So I experimented with other products.Unfortunately, my hair thinning accelerated and I learned my lesson. I'm sticking with the Nioxin shampoo, conditioner, and this leave in product and think I will maintain my hair as much as nature will allow. Hopefully that's about 30 years or so 😉

Title: really leaves my hair feeling dirty
Review: I can't say if the product works as it's supposed because I don't like the feel of it in my hair. As a leave-in, in just makes my hair seem dirty, I've only used it twice, and don't like how it feels, so stopped using it.

Review: I have for quite some time had progressive thinning to the point of having spots on the top and back that were going bald. I started using this in 2020 and there's no doubt that new hair is growing. It's shorter and lighter than the rest of my hair but it's I'll take that over a chrome dome any day.It may be noteworthy that I'm only using this not the shampoo or conditioner so if you use those in addition to this your results may be significantly better than mine.
