Review: Recipes are adequate but many contain a long ingredient list. Book lacks photos and wine matches. I had expected the exceptional quality of Diane Morgan's "Salmon, a Cookbook" but this "Halibut" does not come close. Ok for used price but hard to justify new price.

Title: Thai Green Curry Halibut is Amazing!
Review: The Thai green curry halibut is amazing (and pretty easy to make, too)! It was the exact same delicious recipe that I had while on vacation on Orcas Island 8 years ago at the West Sound Cafe in the Kingfish Inn. I am looking forward to trying the many other halibut recipes in this cookbook. So far everything we have tried has been great!
