Title: Lots of great, easy recipes
Review: We have tried many of these easy-to-follow recipes for halibut and they are delicious.I also purchased a copy of this book for one of my seafood loving friends and they have enjoyed trying the different recipes as well.

Title: Little, but Mighty Good!
Review: Many cookbooks are out there, but this one is special. I really like the photos, little histories, commercial fishing life and techniques that add value and interest to the main subject...the Halibut recipes. There are a wide variety of recipes for all kinds of different tastes and dining situations. Everyone should be able to find something they will find delicious, if not several. The recipes are not complex and clear instructions result in delicious, restaurant quality meals. I have tried several and I am very impressed with the results achieved without a major investment in time and effort and not requiring a degree in Culinary Sciences. Save room for dessert as the last section is just that, Sweet Treats. Simple to make and again the results far exceed the effort required! If I can do this, so can you...Thank you Ole and LaDonna for The Little Alaskan Halibut Cookbook!

Review: I got my copy of this book while on a fishing trip in Alaska. We liked it so much that i had to order another copy for my mom.We have tried several of the recipes and all of them were very good.

Title: This Lady Can Cook!
Review: I originally was looking for a few Alaskan cookbooks to send down South with some of the fish I caught this season for friends and family. After trying some of these recipes, however, the books by this author never made it down there. I am keeping them all as they really are amazingly delicious and easy to follow. Fun to read and high quality outcomes with the recipes-- these are keepers!
