Title: This is the greatest place I've ever put my hand...
Review: Although it does have some interesting similarities to the second best place I've ever put my hand. I've had one arm for 45 years and just found this product... I'm in heaven. Well worth the money! Plenty of compression power, (feels great), heat and vibration. Love it!

Title: Good but could use a little improving.
Review: After having it for a few days now & being able to use it daily it seems to work pretty good at helping me with my pain. I'm just working on getting things just right so it doesn't cause more pain when I'm hurting. I feel as though there are multiple options/levels of intensity & function that it still feels like a higher intensity or pressure sometimes even on the lowest setting, while other times not as strong. It just seems to not be quite as consistent as would be desirable but not necessarily a game changer. Overall I think it is a good device in helping relive aches, pain, & stiffness in the hands & wrists with arthritis, carpal tunnel, fatigue, & general pain in hands. That being said, I think there could be improvements made however;-Function: If the ball/bubble in the middle could shift for a left/right setup like they do back & forth/up & down in chair & other massagers to have a slightly more accurate result.-Heat: I understand the reasons for not having a 2nd/warmer heat level however, if you are going to have heat, do it right & so you can make as many customers as you can happy. Heating pads are never perfect or a sure bet but people buy them for the relive they can provide despite that & I've never seen a heating pad or device stop at level one. I realize that heat is only one part of what the device does but I feel like I may have times where I may only want heat & vibration or even just heat. I think as many customers have said it would have be nice to have that option. If you have the capabilities to do so I would recommend it. It seems like a pain to have to also use a heating pad/pack to get relief with the heat as well. - Maintainance: I think this product should come with it's own cleaning cloth. The manual says the device should be wiped down inside & out after each use but I'm not sure what I should use. For the outside it seems as though a paper towel or cleaning cloth would suffice but I don't want to use anything that could create lint inside which is why I also worry about using a regular wash cloth or sponge. Maybe in the future the middle compartment could detach or top could open up withba release button for cleaning with a damp cloth & the slide/click back in place or close.- Storage & travel bag: I appreciated the thickness & sturdiness of the bag for protection, storage & travel, the fabric itself may as well be a sticky sheet because it pulls & collects dust, lint, hair etc. from the air like a magnet. For the short time I've had the product, it looks as though I have drug the bag all across my floor & back. The fabric being black & showing everything is not helpful either but the main problem is the fabric itself. I may end up having to get a bag for the bag or just another bag all-together which seems silly & a waste where you have provided one.-The battery; I don't know if you have the option or ability to increase the battery, but if I do 2 sessions on each hand throughout the day the battery will need to be charged again. That means I have to create a dedicated space for it to charge once a day on most days so it can be put away fully charged for when I need it, rather then once or twice a week maybe where I can plug it in here or there. It could help maybe. If you could make it possible to use the device while it is plugged in &/or provide a lightning charge cord.Overall I think you have a good product that could be a better product with a few tweeking & improvements.

Review: I love this hand massager. Really makes my tired and sore hands feel great after using. It does leave some marks on your hands, but that’s normal and they disappear within an hour or so.

Title: I like it. It's helped a lot
Review: I got a different brand of these initially and it was 20 or $30 less but it stopped charging after a month so I returned it and now I'm trying this one. So far I like it much better than the other one and I'd say it's worth the increased cost for sure.It's longer so the positioning on your wrist is much better. It's got quite a few different settings for intensity and modes. The heat works pretty well but the vibration is kind of meh so don't expect much from that part.The charge isn't great so you'll need to charge it every day possibly twice a day depending on how frequently you're using it. The other one I had was like that too though.My only complaints really is that you can't turn the volume down on the beeping when you push buttons and the beeping when it's done charging. It's unexpectedly loud and I wish there was a way to just disable the sounds. I still give it five stars though.

Title: Pros and cons from a professional massage therapist
Review: As a long time massage therapist, my hands get very stiff and congested. I have tried quite a few other hand massagers...here's how this one stacks up for me.The pros: I really like having multiple mode options.. can choose to have more compression on wrist, palm or fingers or rotate between all within a mode. This has a good solid compression/ release pattern which you can vary with different modes. This is great for blood flow and moving toxins and lossens my joints. Also Major plus that it especially gives my fingers a solid squeeze unlike many others. I like having 6 options for intensity.. I start at 3 and move to 6 as my hands loosen. If you don't like strong compression simply set lower.The cons: the battery life is terrible!! Then takes considerable amount of time to charge.Heat feature is worthless!Has only one setting, and heat is very minimal... would not consider heat, rather mild warmth, and took about 10 minutes to even notice even that.And the WORST feature for me is the Vibration feature which has 2 settings, but both give only an awful little "buzz" sensation, mostly localized in the palm. Not only completely worthless and annoying, but intolerable..gives a localized tickle sensation with that little buzz.. certainly not a hand vibration!I would have rated it a 2 except for the geat compression especially on my fingers. Sadly the cons outweigh the pros, and I will be returning it.

Review: After only using this product a few times on each hand, I can already feel a great difference. If you want to use the soothing heat function, I suggest turning the massager on and the heat and let it sit for about 5 minutes to warm up. Then, you insert your hand and start the massage. So good. My joints and muscles are so relaxed after the massage! I work with a computer all day and my hands hurt on a daily basis. It feels totally different from a massager with rollers but the results are amazing! I can't speak to battery life yet as I have had only 6 massage sessions total but overall, totally worth it.
