Title: Nothing beats the classics
Review: I've used these handwarmers before, mostly when winter camping in the high desert.I decided to look for another solution, and bought a pair of rechargeable hand warmers. Tried several brands. Performance was a mixed bag, but generally they got plenty warm when kept in a pocket, but held in the open air they often struggled to keep up with the cold. When slipped into my glove, they would, at best, give off lukewarm heat. In other words, hand warmers that would keep you warm unless it was really cold out - what's the point?Next up - refillable lighter-fluid hand warmers. These were a bit more consistent than the electronic warmers, but the 6 hour version I purchased wasn't super warm either. Biggest downside is that once you start them there is no 100% safe way to deactivate them - you're supposed to let them exhaust their fuel. And where they are very low odor, if you have one of these in your shirt pocket you will get a faint scent of lighter fluid from time to time.Strike one against electronic warmers, strike two against fluid based warmers. Back to the classics for me. They put out decent heat, work well in my gloves, and I can share if I'm camping with a group. Long lasting, and even TSA approved they say.

Title: Great for the Homeless
Review: My son is homeless and outside a lot in the cold. He mentioned that he had gotten some Hot Hands and stuffed them in his gloves and it made a huge difference. So I got him this Value Pack so that he would have them available whenever he needed them. He loves them - having warm hands makes being outside more bearable.

Title: Delivery was late as usual.
Review: Nothing was wrong with the product they work as they should, the problem is like every order I place for the past 6 months is the delivery is always always late! 1-2 at best. When the order is placed the order says it will be delivered the next day,12 hours later its updated to the following day around 9pm. Then it might be there in the morning.

Review: I bought these to use in February at Yellowknife, and they really helped. We stuffed one in each pocket of the sweatshirt we wore under our coats, and I even stuffed them into the toes of my boots. On the coldest night (-35C) I also put a couple in my bag where I have some electronics to hopefully save the batteries, and also in my jacket pocket where I had my phone. My dad also put one in his camera bag (insulated with a handkerchief) to keep his spare batteries usable.They stayed warm for as long as advertised, which was more than long enough for our aurora hunting expeditions where we stood outside for 5ish hours straight each night. I was worried at first about how they need oxygen to stay warm so I'd have to take them out of my sweater and shoes to make them warm back up, but thankfully there was no need. I guess my body's natural movement allowed enough air flow to reach them?Word of advice (because I sure didn't realize), check your airline's powder allowances before flying with these! I had both bags in my carry-on, and the security people wanted me to throw one bag away to meet their requirements. I asked to split them with my mom, which they did allow but that meant we both had to redo security which was a pain.
