Title: Perfect portable retro gaming console
Review: The FVBADE handheld game console really surprised me! It’s the perfect mix of nostalgia and modern convenience.First off, the 3.5” HD screen is awesome—the high resolution makes the graphics super clear, way better than I expected for a retro game console. It’s not just fun; it looks great too!One of the best parts is the long battery life. The 3800mAh battery lasts for over 10 hours, which means I can have a whole day of gaming without constantly charging. For a portable game console, that's a huge plus!The size is also a win. It’s small and light enough to fit easily in a pocket or bag, so it’s genuinely portable. Plus, I love that so many games support multiplayer, so I can link up with friends for some head-to-head battles—super fun!The only minor issue I’ve run into is the user manual. It wasn’t super clear on how to exit games. After some trial and error, I found out that pressing FN + START twice does the trick. A small hiccup, but once you know, it’s easy to work around.All in all, this handheld game console delivers a fantastic retro gaming experience that’s portable, visually sharp, and packed with games. Title: Best hand console I ever bought
Review: I have bought several handheld game consoles in the past, mostly for nostalgia games, most dont last long enough. But this one is just amazing! I also bought it because of old games, however, out of my expectation, it contains MUCH MORE platforms, and most of the games have no problem running!The display and the material made are great! The battery last for the past three days, it only droped to 32% though I played a lot. Some small cons though: For some of the games are Chinese version, it changed some font display, making it a little weird, but only some games, but I would say good for a Chinese player. Another thing is I found the running speed is slow when playing some 3D games which need more chip capbility. But I guess most buyers of this console are just into the old nostalgia games, maybe 3D is not that type yet.Overall, the console is great! Highly recommended!

Title: Really cool but crashes too often
Review: Second update: Using the proper charging cable helps, but this has still crashed on me a couple of times regardless, and when it did the save states for games were wiped away, so hours of progress in a game went away with it. I wouldn't mind the crashing if the save state remained, but that deleting means it's pointless to play a lot of the games unless you have time to sit down and beat it all at once. Definitely not an option for something like Zelda games.Edit: I fixed the problem. You just need to stick to the USB to USB C cord and not use a more powerful one. Charging again with the right cord fixed it.Original:I was enjoying this a lot for the first two days. It plays well, the game selection is amazing, a lot to like. And then this morning mid-game it just shut down out of nowhere. Now whenever I try to turn it on, it just pops up a mostly blank screen with a little bit of scattered text about voltage and shuts off again. I'll be returning, and I'd recommend staying away. Unfortunately it seems like all these things have similar crashing issues. Maybe I should look into the Raspberry Pi thing instead.

Title: Do research first!
Review: PROS:+Nice screen+came with 70 gigs of games on a 128 memory card.CONS:-Memory card is bad - made backup of it just in case... then memory card was very flaky in read performance. Purchased new Samsung memory card and restored backup to it (much faster). Games are no longer stuttering and game play is much smoother.-Instructions are not that great... recommend going online and researching this model to understand how to use it.-Some game would not load, pressed the reset button on the side (under power button) and half of the game that did not load were working... after moving to Samsung memory card only 8 games that I attempted to open failed out of 30 that use to fail on the previous memory card.Recommendations:++Like others define in the reviews, make a backup of your memory card just in case.++Upgrade the version of the firmware if you know how as doing this helped make this gaming console respond better. Some people recommends this and some did not like the changes after the firmware upgrade.++May want to invest in a better memory card.I know these guys are trying to make a profit but at the expense of providing you with a subpar product. If this device does not work for you then return it. I spend about 10 hours of researching and firmware updating and backing-up and restoring (the backing up part took the longest, so after back-up was complete, I formatted the original memory card and then restored the backup).

Title: Not as advertised, Poor quality, and too expensive for what it actually is.
Review: This is basically an R36S. It does not have the 4GB of memory as advertised. (See photo). It did not arrive with the 256G SD card. The second SD card slot appears to not function at all. It will not recognize any SD card i insert into slot 2. I attempted multiple cards and various file systems types. (FAT, NTFS, and EXT4)I will be returning this and buying something from Anbernic such as an RG353V which is a more powerful device with built-in wifi, for about the same price. If you want an R36S you can get one for $20-$40 other places.

Title: Works well, and has the games I was looking for!
Review: This thing is awesome. If you miss the simple game boy type games of 90s and 2000s, this is the best. I’m able to play my simple Pokémon, Kirby, Mario, etc that I’ve been missing in my life. Loads easy, good bright screen, easy to save, etc. Much better to “catch em all” than doom scroll on your phone

Title: Best. Thing. Ever.
Review: I rarely write 5 stars. But I put 5 stars here because this product was made for me.The only game console i need ever again.It does have problems BUT anyone who is familiar with emulation will walk into this with these expectations.I also purchased the "retro boy" from a different vendor. When it arrives I'll do a comparison.But in the meantime if you like retro games you're reading the review of the last console you'll ever have to buy. Period.
