What's the highest temperature can this steam cleaner achieve?

For safety reason, we design the internal temperature of our steam cleaner can only reach to 230°F(110℃) and the steam comes out at a temperature of 212°F-221°F(100-105℃).

Note: For better using experience, it is recommended to plug in the steam cleaner when using.

Why can only add 9.46OZ(280ML) to the water tank, the water tank capacity is too small?

The 9.46OZ(280ML) water tank capacity is designed not bulky to use and easily carry to anywhere you need.

Why need to wait the first heating completely finish to use the steam cleaner?

Because it can spray steam when it is not sufficiently heating, but it will be mixed with water when using. After a short time use, it is normal that the steam cleaner can not heat because the internal temperature is reach to 138 ℃, at this time the temperature control will be protected. If there is no temperature control and infinite heating, the machine will burn internal components because of high temperature.

Why you can not open the cap after use?

That is because the temperature of the residual steam indide the tank is still too high. Please: 1.Unplug first

2. Invert the steam cleaner, then keep pressing down to fully release the steam.

3. Open the lid and add water into the steam cleaner.

Review: I’ve used this a couple times now, and I really like how it works. It’s made cleaning something’s in my kitchen and bathrooms easier since the steam can break up gunk especially where it’s hard to reach.It is a tiny bit louder than anticipated, but not bad once you get used to it. I just wear headphones now so I can still hear my music when cleaning. So not a big deal for me.The only thing I wish it had was some way to keep the “trigger” button depressed on its own, as sometimes my hands don’t work too well and holding down the bottom to clean for long periods of time can hurt after a while. But I do understand that that’s likely a safety feature for it to not be able to just constantly steam at a high pressure, so that’s still alright and not a dealbreaker for me. But it is something to keep in mind.I like the available attachments, though I will say the cloth attachment gets absolutely soaked through almost immediately and that can make things tricky. I mostly use the extended flexible nozzle to get things done.So far so good!

Review: Great provide! Easy to use and it cleaned the pesky water spots, rust, and other spots and stains off of our stainless steel fridge. Only pesky thing about it is the power cord! But the cord length is long so it makes up for it. Super lightweight. And I love all the different attachments to make it versatile.

Review: This little steam cleaner is amazing! I have had white powder stuck in my black grout for a year and have scrubbed the grout by hand trying to remove the buildup. Review: I️ got this steamer to clean my house and some hard to reach areas and it’s a powerful little thing. It got into hard to reach areas and made cleaning a breeze. The water tank reservoir holds a decent amount but I️ noticed during a long deep clean session I️ was finding myself moving on so it could cool down enough to open and refill. There was a slight smell(not even bad but musty) during first use but has since gone away and smell is gone. It’s was built tough for the price. It was a good bang for your buck.
