Why did I receive a bottle of steam cleaner with water in it? Has it been used?

Of course not! Before packing, the QC will add water to each product to test whether the pressure, temperature and steam volume are up to the normal standard to ensure the quality of each product. So there will be a little water left in the steamer!

Do I need to add cleaner to the steamer?

No need. Our steam cleaner is 100% chemical free and use high heat and pressure to achieve stain removal, making them safe to use even with children or pets in the home!

Is it dangerous if I forget to unplug the handheld steam cleaner after using it?

Our steamers have an anti-dry burn feature. Excessive temperatures inside the steaming bottle will burn off the seal of the safety valve, thus reducing the pressure inside the bottle. However, it is recommended to unplug the power supply in time!

Why can't I open the knobs after use?

The steamer is still high tempreture & high pressure inside the bottle after use, so the knob will not open. Simply leave it alone for a few minutes to wait for the temperature & pressure to drop, and then you can open the knob.

Why does the cleaner emit liquid water instead of steam?

The total tank capacity is 350 ml, but only put a maximum of 250 ml of water into the tank as water turns to steam inside the tank, filling the other space. lf there is no empty spaceinside the tank, the unit will not be able to generate any steam.

Review: I have wanted a steam cleaner for so long and this did NOT disappoint.It was one of the cheaper options and yet it works amazing.Other then the fact that my hand is cramping from using it none stop lol it's lightweight, gets hot quickly, is easy to use, and DOES THE JOB. The water lasts for a very reasonable amount of time, I like how it won't let you open the cap until it's called down and it has a child safety lock! I am in love with the results and this whole product. It only took 15 minutes to make my washing machine look brand new!

Title: Does not take off grime
Review: Horrible! I wish I did more research on this product ugh?! I agree with other Review: does not get hot enough to actually fully clean what I need. Tried on my gas stove stop and doesn’t not clean off the grime which I specially bought this for. Tried on my base boards and glass shower door and: FAIL! I do not recommend this product. What a bad buy!

Title: It does a great job !
Review: I really like this little steamer. Had lots of great attachments- the window one with the pad is the only thing that has been able to get the hard water spots off my shower doors! I've used it to clean window tracks, ovens, my sons croks! tile and sinks and my vinyl flooring. Everything was cleaner after and so easy to do. Seems like the steam gets pretty warm which is great..the cord is long enough to get most jobs done for me without having to get an extension cord or anything. My complaint would be , wish there was a way to keep the on button on without having to press on it. Doing larger surfaces like a floor or bathtub and shower doors would be easier if it wasn't necessary to constantly have to also hold the power button on. I suppose it may be a safety issue ? Either way it's a great product that I will use for many things.

Title: Steam leaking from attachments - Update
Review: Edit/Update: After seeing my initial review, the seller reached out and replaced my steamer and refunded my order. The process was very easy and quick, and my replacement steamer is working great! No leaking issues! Also, my grout has never looked better.Original review:Within 20 minutes of using this, steam started emitting from the extension hose attachment from several areas. I checked the product manual to make sure I wasn't using it incorrectly, and even tightened the screws on the extension hose to make sure they were tight, and it still leaked hot steam. I couldn't use the attachment because I would burn my hand. Pretty frustrating, since that's the most useful attachment, in my opinion.The other attachments seem to work fine so far, but I've only used it once and haven't used all the attachments yet. Overall, I'd suggest buying another product. We'll see if this ends up being unusable in the long run.

Title: 1.0 star, poor quality.
Review: Steam is warm not hot, not enough toclean. ceramic tiles are very effective brushes, but It is fragil, and deformed after one use. and other accessories are very hardly effective. I don't think the product will last for a long time, and I am disappointed with my purchase, because its appearance is "not solid" and it is effective again.

Title: Liked but safety issue
Review: I really liked this steamer the first time I used it but unfortunately it was short lived. It did a great job at cleaning my oven and the tile in my shower. However, the second time I used it steam came leaking out of the handle. I tried to see if anything was loose and to tighten it up but steam continued to come out of the handle when I tried again. I haven't been able to use it since as the steam is a hazard to my hands unless I invest in a pair of gloves. Bummed this steamer didn't have any longevity.

Title: Beware of Hot Projectiles
Review: I was so excited to get this delivered to my front porch. I had several areas in my home that I thought could really use this tool.It was easy to set up, and I was impressed at the number of attachments that comes with.However, I have a few concerns regarding the safety of this product.The first issue that arose is despite the safety cap being securely tightened, it starts spraying steam and splashing hot water out of it. The first time it happened I thought it was user error, but after repeated occurrences I know that it's something faulty with a safety cap.The second issue was one of metal inserts from a nozzle shot out of the nozzle while the cleaner was in use. The steam pushed this hot piece of metal out of the nozzle and it ricocheted off of the wall of the bathtub and hit my hand.Thankfully the burn isn't too bad, and it only hit my hand and not a pet, child, or my eye.I will be returning this product, and I cannot end good conscience recommend that anybody purchase it.
