Not recommended for roasting whole meats, turkeys etc. Instead use Pansaver Foil Liners.
Food never touches the pan, the chance of surface contamination is eliminated. Patented contour-fit eliminates folds in the liner from trapping servings.

Review: Make cleanup easy but be careful if they get in direct dry contact with the metal, they will burn on and are then hard to get off.

Title: Saved time in clean up
Review: The only thing I did not like was when one of these got stuck to the sides of my roaster and basically melted onto the roaster. The included instructions told how to clean it up, and that worked, but it was very time consuming. Fortunately this only happened to me 1 time, the other 20 times I have used them they worked perfectly and saved a lot of time in clean up.

Review: The bags melted onto my roaster. I kept the temperature below the recommended temp and the bags melted and stuck onto my roaster pans. Big waste of money.

Title: Still melted at 350 Degrees
Review: I used these to help me with cleanup when I cooked for 300 people over the course of three days. I had 2 roasters with soup, and one with haluski (a cabbage and noodle Polish dish famous in Pennsylvania). For the soups, the liners were fine. I even toed that boundary with close to 400 degrees, but the haluski I never exceeded 350, and the liner melted to the roaster insert and had to be scraped off with a razor blade that evening. - That being said, I will purchase again for next year when I cook.

Review: I use these to keep my clean up to my electric roaster to a minimum. I've heard some people say they melt. I didn't have that issue. Don't use in a single unit, meaning only use with a drop in pan that needs water in the under fixed pan. And don't use in temperatures above 300° . I cooked tomatoes for sauce for 48 hrs straight at 250 the entire time. No melting issues.
