Title: Super Easy and comfortable!
Review: I rarely if ever write reviews unless the product is truly outstanding. My husband had prescription hearing aids that cost several thousand dollars. He got them about 15 years ago and hated to wear them. He was never happy with them. I figured technology has advanced so much in the last 15 years, maybe one could buy a simple pair of hear aids online without a prescription? I looked online and saw several companies with raving reviews and a hard sell. So I did learn one can buy them without going to a doctor. I figured I would check amazon because they have good honest reviews. After reading all of the reviews, and seeing the cheap price, I thought we would give them a try. Once they arrived, I charged them (took less than 2 hours) and then my husband read the easy to follow instructions, didn't readjust them in anyway, put them in his ears and voila! Super terrific sound which required a little adjusting, fit well into his ear, super comfortable and he is absolutely thrilled and so am I. No annoying batteries to replace! Now he wears these all the time! Thank you for providing these wonderful hearing aids at such a great price!

Title: Budget friendly and very good quality hearing aids
Review: I have noticed I am having hearing issues while watching tv and in big gatherings.I did not want to pay the usual high cost of hearing aids that my elderly parents have paid. So I got on Amazon and found this brand after researching this and other brands. I chose these. The fit and quality of these are very very good. They just have to constantly be in the base and plugged in. I used them first while watching tv and talking to my family members here at home. I truly found out how much I was missing as my hearing loss is significant. These wonderful hearing aids make a big difference.I would high recommend these. When the hearing aids are kept charged they last at 3 hours. I have not done longer as I generally wear them at home at night while watching tv. I also have not used them in big gatherings yet. As I have not attended one yet. I am sure they will perform well in those situations.Crystal clear hearing with a very good traditional hearing aid design where the skin color hearing aid is behind the ear with the wire and part in the ear are clear.

Title: Pretty Good Hearing Device For The Cost - But Be Careful
Review: These are obviously much less expensive than many such devices and around 1/10 of the cost from an audiologist (including their fees). I have some significant loss in the upper frequencyâs of my hearing. I am male, age 72 - Itâs about typical. It means that high voiced, soft spoken female speakers are hard to understand, especially if there is a noise like the TV on.The Good:The sound quality is pretty good and the noise level isnât objectionable.I can better understand peopleâs voices with these. They are relatively easy to set up and control - There are few settings.Although, as you would expect the high (treble) notes are accentuated, music is still enjoyable - the bass notes still come through.I still have decent directionality of my hearing - I can tell what direction the sounds I hear are coming from. The Bad:The default earpieces (red card photo) are small and the tube it attaches to is very small. I had used these a few weeks and one night on taking off my hearing devices, one of the little silicone ear buds that goes into the ear canal came off and stayed in the ear canal. Perhaps I pushed it in too far. In any case I couldnât get it out, nor could my wife see it. I had to go to an urgent care facility the next morning to have it removed from my ear. While I admit I may have inserted the bud too far into my ear canal, this was kind of scary until it was removed. The root problem seems to me that the default earbud needs to be in fairly deeply to work well, but it can go in easier that it comes out if you go in too far. After I had the ear bud removed, I waited a day and then used the larger tubes and earpieces (yellow background photo) that also come with the device (aparantly for those with more serious hearing loss). These have the advantages of an ear bud that doesnât have to go all the way into the ear canal to get decent results and the tubes are bigger and easier to work with. (By the way a common pipe cleaner does a good job of cleaning out these tubes). After changing over to the larger earpiece tubes and buds, the devices are a bit more visible than with the default tiny tubes, but it looks to me like hopefully I wonât have to take another trip to the urgent care facility again to get the bud removed from my ear canal.By the way - earwax can be a problem with any hearing device. I carefully clean my ears every night with a Q-Tip (be very cautious) and even so, a little earwax can get into the earbud and tubes and if it does, it will block the sound - especially with the default tiny tubes unless you clean them daily.Update ~ 1 1/2 years Later:I have had no real problems with these since I switched over to the larger hearing tubes and earbuds. They work and are simple to use. I have wanted a Bluetooth version like this and have tried a couple of competing products with Bluetooth. I wanted that to be able to listen directly to my phone for calls or music and to be able to set up the hearing aid response via Bluetooth. One worked pretty well aside from sounding bad on music from my phone (no bass at all) and physically hurt my ear at the end of the day because the shape was not adjustable. The other one didn't work at all to receive Bluetooth audio from my phone and was comfortable enough but because it didn't really fit properly it was prone to squeals (feedback). Compared to those, these hearing aids are great - No Bluetooth but they just work. This has caused me to raise my review by 1 star. Having 3 buttons instead a miserable single button makes them much easier to adjust (On/OFF and Up/Down Volume)The battery life continues to be good. It recharges in an hour or two and I I use it all day and into the evening with no issues.By the way, the larger tubes are 2mm ID X 3mm OD and Amazon sells those cheaply in both silicone and PVC tubing. The earbuds are pretty much standard and Amazon sells those too. Those simple little tubes that go to your earbud allow you to adjust the spacing to your ear canal from your outer ear for your particulars ears. Being able to use a variety of earbuds lets you find a size and style that works best for you. If this manufacturer made a version like this with Bluetooth I would buy them in a heartbeat. And, BTW - When I want to read I just turn off the hearing aids. I think my grandad did that when he was tired of hearing grandma. It is not complete silence but it's a feature.

Title: Great performance so far
Review: These hearing aids work amazingly well and for a very reasonable price. I had another pair of lower cost hearing aids, but they only lasted a year and a half and had a lot of feedback noises and one stopped working completely. These have straightforward controls and are adjustable and have multiple options for the tubes and ear plugs. So far no feedback problems like with the other ones. I hope they will last for a good duration of time. I also received an open box originally and returned it and got another pair and things have been fine. The ability to use them as your phones is great to have although I donât use it that much. I also have a set up bone density hearing aids which I use outside without any obstruction of hearing, although these have not caused any problems so far either.

Title: Good product
Review: These were purchased for my Grandfather who has dementia and loses everything. My Grandmother was tired of paying $3000 for a set of hearing aids so asked me to find something else. These have been great. It comes with additional ear pieces for different size ears along with a case for storage. The charger is nice. All my grandfather has to do is set them on top of the charger and not have to worry about plugging something up correctly. The sound quality is good and it has an adjustable volume toggle on the side. These are very affordable and we actually purchased an additional set to have on hand just in case he misplaces them.
Customers say
Customers like the hearing amplifier for its ease of use, value for money, and comfort. They mention it works well, is simple to set up, and provides great instructions. Some also say it's a reasonable alternative to the very high-priced professional hearing aids. However, some customers differ on the sound quality.
