Title: Great Customer Service and product
Review: I had problems getting both new aids to change modes. Called and talked to Ben, who was beyond helpful, ready to replace after questioning me, he never challenged me. Turns out due to his patience with me I persevered. Both aids just couldn't be defective. Turns out I needed to change the ear buds to a smaller size and work on direction in the canal to be able to hear the mode beeps. Ben was ready to help in any way, didn't diss me when I said they were defective. And when I figured it was user error and sheepishly told him he was great.Anyhow. I highly recommend these aids and this company esp if you don't want to fork out over a grand for just one aid and don't want Bluetooth, smart TV, smartphone, etc. I just wanted to hear better. I highly recommend the Atom.Pro 2. Great company great product. And a big shout out to Ben. Thanks bud

Title: The best over-the-counter device on the market!
Review: I got these for my dad. He's had hearing loss for a few years now and he's gone to many ear doctors and tried on the expensive hearing aids but those things cost around $5000. Way to much and insurance wont cover any part of it. I heard a commercial on the radio and did some research on these and discovered they are one of the top otc hearing devices available. So we decided to give these a try and we were blown away by their quality and they are in fact just as good as the high priced ones. They work so well I have to readjust how I talk to my dad because I'm used to yelling while i talk! I even walked to the other side of the room and spoke at a normal volume and he heard me perfectly. Before these i could yell from that distance and he wouldn't know what i was saying barely hearing me. Long story short, if you can't afford those high priced hearing aids and are wondering if these are any good. The answer is YES! Get it now you wont be disappointed.

Title: Volume button is badly placed
Review: Bought these for my 90 year old MIL. The audio quality, once inserted and volume properly set, isn’t bad.Our issue was the volume control is exactly where you have to press to get the device into the ear canal. Doing so will boost the volume to near max and make it squeal. It’s hard for an elderly person with arthritic hands to manage. Even I had trouble doing it without it squealing into my ear.She won’t use them and won’t be moved, even though she admits it makes the TV easier to hear. We had to return them.

Title: Exceeded Expectations!
Review: The Atom Pro 2 devices immediately on arrival were above anything I could have expected. I initially reviews the videos shared and a quick glimpse at the manual and I put them to use. Only regret is wishing I had paid more attention to the adjustments for the pair. Sound quality and fit were exceptional.Whatade me most happy was the cost. I couldn't believe this set worked above my expectations. Having expected to pay audiologists and then finding devices wouldn't be covered by insurance had me puzzled. I was going to have to pay in the $1000's to see if I needed hearing aids. Not 100% sure I made the leap and for fractions of the cost I have my hearing back.One great option was also the adjustable settings independent of each other. I could fine tune each ear or just wear one. No one ever noticed I was wearing them either.All in all supremely excited and happy with the purchase! Thanks Audien!

Title: Alternative Options For People Who Needs To Hear
Review: I was searching for hearing aids due to my hearing loss.I went to a hearing specialist and the price was $2500 for a pair even with insurance. Can't afford that price.So, I did some research. Read the consumer guide for listed and reasonable prices. Audien was listed number 4 as for good hearing aids.Went on Amazon and yes they are here.My next goal was to see which aid worked for me in a manufacturing setting.Talking with the store. They recommended the Atom Pro 2 series. For their background reduction sound in the aids.I purchased them.I don't regret buying them. I can hear clearly, ease of changing volume when I want to and support at Audien showed me how to change the wax guard. How awesome is that!!Almost a year old but working great since I purchased them.The Atom Pro 2 series is the way to go if you work in manufacturing. Volume 2 on the aid works well in the environment of not only hearing the machines and team leaders but you can cancel either of them out with the aids due to the background reduction.I highly recommend them.

Title: Didn’t work for me
Review: Updated 6/28: I returned this unit, it was received at Audien on 6/20. I still have not received a refund, and my last emailed asking for status was not answered.Yes the unit is fairly small, and light weight. Instructions were simple and clear. The beeps for changing volume and mode were clearly defined and audible. It came with several sizes of ear domes.This amplifier gave me squeal and feedback every time I moved, spoke, or bent over. Every time I adjusted the volume or mode, I got loud squeals.I’ve been using a BTE unit from a different company for years. I understand getting the fit, and adjusting to wearing can take a few tries. This unit simply wasn’t right for me.I changed ear domes to a different size. I rotated the unit in my ear. I tried the other unit, in case one was defective. I adjusted volume and mode. As long as I didn’t move my head, or speak, I could hear clearly, and sound was amplified nicely.I also did not like the volume control. You have to cycle up through all the setting, 1 through 5, to lower the volume. And it squealed all the time I was clicking through the volume.The customer service people were very nice. They were easy to understand on the phone. I had to disconnect my first call, before I ever reached anyone, and they called me a few hours later to see if I needed assistance or had questions. Very good attention from them. I asked for a return label and refund, and they quickly emailed a label and confirmed they would refund. I had a problem with the label, called back the next day, and they emailed a new label.Excellent customer service.
