Title: Simple, easy, quick
Review: I like that the ingredients are straightforward and easy to find in the grocery store. I also tweaked the dressing a bit in the photo, but mostly this book is a very good beginner level+ healthy cooking basic guide - very holistic. Meal plans are superb and well thought-out.

But I didn't realise it was an American book, so measurements in cups and some foods have differing names to British foods, which will make for extra time rewriting the recipes. The variety of recipes looks tasty and as I am gluten free, many of them meet this requiremt.
