Title: Fantastic recipes, simple layout, great pictures
Review: This is the best electronic recipe book I have seen so far. The recipes are super clean and on facing pages, there is no fluff or extra stuff, the ingredients are plain and straightforward, the pictures are crisp and clean, the nutritional information is also very clear and accurate. Sauce chapter is way too short. Favorite recipes: Stuffed Peppers (a fried egg inside!!), Stuffed Potato Boats (never seen this before!), and Thai Chicken Satay (peanut sauce it AWESOME!!!). 60 day meal plan is a lot of food and carb heavy. Nonetheless, I highly recommend.

Title: 60-day meal plan
Review: My motivation for buying this book is that I've been struggling with keeping my BP stable.I tried my first recipe (Thai Chicken Satay) and loved it. However, you have to like coconut milk to fully appreciate the Thai flavor. It has provided me with a variety of healthy options I wouldn't normally have cooked. I highly recommend this book. Especially helpful is the 60-day meal plan for those of us who want to do advanced meal planning.

Title: Great Book with pictures and a lot of Info
Review: Due to tachycardia i have to take my beta blockers and well i have to watch my sodium or else i get super sick. I opened this book and loved how it has a lot of information on sodium and a picture of what youâre making. Highly recommend.

Title: Who has this much time?
Review: I bought this for the meal plans. I was hoping it might take some of the stress of thinking up a healthy meal every night. This pat of the thin book only makes up four (photocopied?) pages in the back. At least it has page numbers to the recipe.Day 1, you start your day whipping up some homemade whole grain pancakes. Make sure you get up at 4 so you have time to cook them. Feeling peckish at midmorning after your shortstack? Have a guacamole sandwich. Don't worry you don't need to bake the bread first. Ready for lunch? Take an extra hour on your normal break to sear some Pomegranate Glazed Duck Breast and Brown rice. Still hungry? Have your Peach Chia Dessert before dinner you glutton. Don't worry though you can have duck breast again with quinoa for dinner for a light easy to make meal. But toss out that brown rice because you will never need it again. I can't wait to grill octopus for lunch on day 24.I get this book isn't saying you need to eat each meal, but I don't even think I can buy half of these ingredients and have the time to cook them.

Review: This is a solid cookbook. Not revolutionary. It doesn't chart any new territory nor does it break any new ground. It's simply a collection of good recipes that are well-organized. And at the end, there is a table with sixty days of recipes.So, if all you care about (like me) is just getting a bunch of ideas for new things to try. This cookbook will do the trick.But, if you are looking for a cookbook that is more of a piece of art with beautiful photos of the food, this isn't it. Like many newer cookbooks on Amazon, this one seems to be populated with AI imagery that hasn't even been upscaled enough to make the food look good. And there are subtle clues that the author is AI-generated also. And if I'm correct about that, the real Liz Goodwin (reporter for the Washington Post) might take issue with her name and not-quite-identical-but-close likeness being used to promote the book.Nevertheless, I will enjoy trying some of these recipes.
