Title: 10/10 Recommend
Review: Works Amazingly! The cup comes out to clean. It grinds to a fine powder like I wanted for grinding dehydrated garlic. The cap is snug and won’t come off while grinding. Easy operation by pushing cover down to activate grind and easy to clean.I bought this to replace the Kitchen-aide that I used once and gave away since it was trash.100% recommend this grinder and definitely recommend it over the Kitchen-aide. The quality of this grinder is way above the Kitchen-aide.

Title: Love this Grinder
Review: I recently got the Secura Spice Grinder, and it’s been a fantastic addition to my kitchen! This grinder is powerful and easily grinds everything from whole peppercorns to dried herbs. The adjustable settings let me choose the coarseness I want, whether I’m prepping a quick dinner or making a special recipe. There are two jars, one for dry grinding and one for wet.I also appreciate how easy it is to clean—just a quick rinse, and it’s good to go! The design is sleek and compact, fitting perfectly on my countertop without taking up too much space

Title: Work horse in my kitchen.
Review: This grinder works quite well. Has handled just about whatever I throw at it. Having both bowls is nice. It makes quick work of wet chimichuri as well as dry curry power. So why the 4 stars? Due to the bowl being wide and shallow instead of tall and narrow you have to grind more things to ensure everything gets ground up. A teaspoon of this or that does not always work without some shaking and jostling but even then some coriander or peppercorns miss. This is something of a minor complaint but it could matter to people who do not grind in batches and are looking for just enough for a recipe.Other than that, this is easy to use. Easy to keep clean. Gets used quite often. No major complaints. We have used it for months without issue.

Title: great grinding power and less noisy
Review: I saw this at a friend’s house and after hearing great reviews from her I got myself one. I grind fresh spices both wet and dry, a lot in my everyday cooking. I liked magic bullet both regular and mini before. But this one grinds black mustard and poppy seeds paste with water like I haven’t seen before. Very fine paste. I’m impressed! Don’t know how long it will last but grinding power is awesome. And way less noisy than magic bullet.

Title: Beware Spice Grinder Bowl Issues
Review: I ordered this grinder as an extra. First off, the quality of the bowl is nice. No sharp edges like the KitchenAid. Bowl fits securely into the base, unlike the KitchenAid. The bowl for grinding spices is not the same as the previous model I purchased 19 Aug 2022. The redesigned model does not have the black pad below the blade. On the previous bowl, one blade tip faced up and the other down. On the newer one, both tips face up. I contacted Secura and was eventually sent a replacement bowl. It was the exact, redesigned, same thing. I was contacted by Secura via email "Thank you for providing the pictures. We believe it is exactly the correct replacement grinder bowl. The grinder bowl was slightly redesigned as some customers reported that they would like the black plastic pad removed. The new design improves grinding efficiency and it is easier to clean the bowl. Please let us know if we can be of any further assistance. Warm regards, Secura Customer Service TeamSpice G". Slightly? How many is some? The bowl was not hard to clean in the first place; soak and just use a toothbrush. It is not more efficient. It took me three times as long or longer to grind as before and still had small clumps. Did Secura even test their own redesign? Obviously not. The grinder was highly rated for what it was designed to do, grind spices, and the original bowl does an amazing job of it. It no longer does that. I received the copycat Shardor today hoping to get the bowl with the black pad. I did not receive the bowl with the black pad. Shardor replaced theirs with the same useless one as Secura. Shardor is going back to Amazon. Secura/Shardor, Please bring back the original grinder bowl like the one I purchased in Aug 2022, or at least make it an available option such as your Replacement Parts Stainless Steel Removable Bowl Set. I do not recommend this "redesigned" grinder bowl. Thank you

Title: works great!
Review: It works wonderfully. Only thing I would say is there is no on/off switch separately. You need to hold down the outer bigger lid to run the grinder. But it does a great job. The bowls are stainless steel and have a separate lid which is an added plus for me.

Title: For non-heavy-duty use only
Review: Pros: easy to clean, easy to operate, good for making small amounts of paste or ground spices for Indian cooking. Works for onion paste, garlic paste, chilli paste, ginger paste, coriander mint chutney, and dry spice grinding like for poppy seed posto. Works if you don't want to buy a big heavy mortar and pestle. Make sure you fill the canister properly - if you put too small an amount, the blades won't reach the ingredients. You have to keep stopping and pushing down the ingredients to touch the blade.Cons: Lightweight unit, lightweight thin cutting blades, rather like a toy. Be wary of overtaxing the motor as the unit can get warm even only after a few repeated pulses. My unit came with 2 stainless steel canisters (the cups that the blades are set in) which turned out to be lighter-weight and thinner than what you'd expect by looking at the online photo. Probably not a durable unit for long-term or heavy duty use. Would expect, for what you get, that the price would be at least 30% less that what it currently costs. Lastly, because there is a clear plastic inner lid (inside the clear plastic outer lid), I cannot use this grinder for grinding cloves as that would destroy plastic. Would be great if the inner lid was also stainless steel.

Title:
Review: I bought this to “grind up” my freeze dried foods to a powder to make cup-a-soup. My first test was with freeze dried tomato and cheddar cheese soup. Just regular canned soup, freeze dried. I tried the grind and had it on the base long enough that the cup was hot, but the soup chunks weren’t reduced much. Then I tried the chop cup. Worked like a charm, about 5 seconds a cup. It came out as a fine powder. Grind is so very fine, but SO slow, at least with this food. I think chop will process almost any food I freeze dry. It save my fingers , probably hours, trying to beat the mass down to a fine enough flake to spoon out the quantity wanted.
