Title: No more excruciating heel pain!
Review: I purchased this particular vibration plate after doing a research on which plate was the best judged by professional fitness trainers.I have been having heel pain in my right foot for months. When I first got on this plate I couldn't even do 2 minutes because my heel hurts so bad that I couldn't handle the pain. Now this has been going on for months and a couple weeks before I ordered the vibration plate I made an appointment with a podiatrist because it was hurting me all day long and I was pretty much limping.The other day I decided to endure the pain because I purchased it so I could use it and I was really disappointed that I was not able to use this machine. So I decided to get on and do a 15-minute workout and just bite my tongue through the pain because I seriously want to see some results that I have been seeing on other reviews.I did my 15-minute workout and a win about my day and I realized I was able to actually walk normal for the first time in months.So that evening I told my husband that I noticed that I was able to walk on my foot and put pressure on it without it being unbearable. The pain was still there but was not as painful.So I did the machine again yesterday morning and then I did it again in the evening and I can truly attest that whatever was going on with my heel this vibration plate broke it up or something and my appointment for my podiatrist is in the morning. 😂 I'm going to actually share this testimony with podiatrist so maybe it will help other patients. So I got on it again this morning and was able to do the full 15-minute workout and I didn't really notice any pain.I believe this purchase has already paid for itself for an issue that I did not buy it for because I clearly bought this vibration plate for weight loss, but in it it has pretty much cured my foot pain heel pain... I will update this review on fat loss because now that I'm able to get on it, it's such an easy workout that 15 minutes of just being shook like crazy is the lazy man's way for sure. But if there's results in just something as complicated as heel pain receiving a benefit then I'm truly excited about what I'm going to see with weight loss!!I do not drink sodas or eat candy. I don't add sugar to my food. I use honey maple syrup when I have it and not pancakes syrup but real maple syrup lol...I hope this helps

Review: I researched all of the vibration platforms before I made my choice. There were several reasons why I chose LifePro.1. I loved the lifetime warranty.2. The details that outlined the quality and integrity of their product, to include additional support.3. The details of what the vibration plate was capable of doing, and the body systems it supported.4. PriceI have recently been diagnosed with a rare inherited disease that has a toxic accumulation of copper in the body. It affects the liver, kidneys, brain and eyes. I have chosen to treat my condition holistically with the help of my wonderful physician. (Please note, I'm not making any medical claims, I'm sharing my personal experience with this product. Everyone is different, and these are my results.) It was recommended that I purchase a vibration machine to help flush out the toxic build up of copper from my body. One of my many symptoms was excessive lower extremity pitting edema in both legs. With this disease, all elimination of copper based foods is vital, which I did immediately. This helped to reduce a percentage of swelling, however, I still had a considerable amount of toxic copper in my system. I've had the LifePro for about 2 weeks now, and I use it 2-4 times per day on average, in different positions, and using different programs (P0-P9). I have my favorites...Within the first 3 days of using this machine, 100% of the edema was GONE!! I had my legs, ankles and feet back to normal, and I was extremely happy!!! I could see improvement immediately, and I thought I was seeing things! But honestly, it worked! I used the machine 10 times in 3 days, and I saw dramatic improvement!The additional benefits I have received have been more stamina, less fatigue, I'm feeling better every day, and along with lots of water after each set, I feel that the toxic levels are quickly being flushed from my system. I am also using this machine for lymphatic drainage, focusing primarily on my upper body where the lymphatic ducts are located. So I do at least 1-2 sessions with my arms on the machine, both front and back. This is best done on lower settings P0-P3.Additionally, I reached out to customer service, as I had a few questions about the settings. I used Facebook Messager, as I had joined their VIP Facebook group, which everyone who purchases this machine is able to be part of. Joel, one of the owners, was quick to reply, and answered all of my questions in detail! The Facebook group also gives you access to several videos on how to use the machine and different exercises you can do. I found these to all be bonuses for me, since my primary reason for purchasing was not for fitness. I explained to Joel my situation, and he was really accommodating to my request for the information I needed to support my health journey; so that I get the most (and best) use out of the vibration machine.I am super happy with this product, and the support is fantastic! You will not be disappointed. This machine is everything they say it is, and MORE!!!

Review: J'ai reçu mon produit hier et surprise au déballage...prise anglaise donc inutilisable dans l'immédiat...obligation de commander un adaptateur....rien n'est précis dans la description produit....passablement énervé...et je constate qu'il n'existe que des avis anglo-saxons....fait du hasard je suis le seul Français à avoir acheté un produit fabriqué en Angleterre....étonnant !!!!

Review: Product came with everything specified. After one week I haven't noticed any weight loss but I read that this can take a few weeks to start making a difference. It's a well made machine, heavy with suckers for gripping smooth floors. On a carpet it makes very little noise. The low settings are quite gentle, the high settings definitely let you know where you're carrying all your extra weight! It's good for loosening up when you're stiff from sitting too long or have achey arms from too much pc work. At the moment I'm experimenting with different postures and I can feel the difference in my abs. It's worth checking out the YouTube channel for ideas. I'm mixing in quite a few yoga postures and balances in too. Thumbs up from me.
