Title: Convenience, Value & Quality
Review: The value & quality is exactly what I was looking for. I paid for a membership at a gym, to lose weight, and it's 3 months later and I haven't stepped foot inside. I'm a little bit of a homebody, and decided to buy something that I could use while watching TV. I didn't want to spend a lot of money, and for under $30 this was the right choice for convenience, value & quality. I was concerned about keeping my balance on it, because I'm 68 years old. For me, the resistance bands helped with that, along with having a chair back in front of me, but I haven't needed it.

Review: Just as other reviewers have said: nothing to assemble. Ready to use. There are plenty of suggestions and videos to keep you going. I’m just going to start 5 min. Alternate with 2 min. Use it every day. Check your foot placement and use a countertop to place your hands for balance.
