Title: Great at home accessory.
Review: Use this for tricep pushdowns.Great for unilateral work. Also have used for lat pulldowns as well.I am average lifter and have not tried to use with anything over 50 lbs yet so this review is for less weight So far everything has worked great.Wheel runs smooth.

Review: As soon as I received this, i tried it out and it was great. The cable works smoothly. This is a piece that is missing in my home gym. It it's easy to install and came in a smaller than expected package. The only thing that I don't like is it's not the same as working out in the gym machine eventhough using the same weight. You need extra strength to pull it.
