Review: …is what the app said. Try as I might I couldn’t update in the app—support said to log in on a browser. After that, smooth sailing.My only beef with the system is the minute of alert tones when I change to HOME mode, but at least I could adjust the volume to LOW. I did have to make a bracket for one of the door sensors, because of the trim around the door. I’m not handsome, but I am a little bit handy.Installation was otherwise really easy and the app works well.The rate for monitoring is very reasonable and the first three months are free.The response for a false alarm is almost instant. I’m happy.

Title: DO NOT BUY! Products stop working & Terrible customer service
Review: I’ve been using this company’s products for years, at first they had great customer service but now they never seem to be able to resolve technical issues and just leave you hanging with no resolution. If you’re considering buying this system, be aware that the monitoring plan states that your cameras will have all the same feature as their Cam Plus service, such as package, person, pet & vehicle notifications. But, it does not and when you try to resolve the issue with customer service, they just tell you to go through all of the steps of resetting things, making sure firmware and app is up to date and when that doesn’t fix the issue, they just email you back and tell you to keep your app and firmware up to date (mine are and always have been). I even suggested they add Cam Plus at no charge to my account until they resolved the issue and they declined. Also, in the events tab, there is only a photo of an event but no recording to see what the event actually was. But it does take you to a page to sign up for Cam Plus to get those features (which are supposed to already be included in the home monitoring plan). I will be changing to another company for my camera and security system needs.I am updating my review to add that my home monitoring system has gone offline now and after hours of research & going through all of their suggestions, I’ve determined that the internal backup battery inside the Hub has stopped working (even thought I’ve always kept it plugged into the power source) and because of that there is no way to reconnect this system back online, as the reset button will no longer give me the “ready to connect” sound. Customer service once again is horrible. I’ve both called them and chatted online and they just say their specialist will email me to resolve the issue, yet I never get an email. It’s still under warranty and I cannot get anyone to send a replacement. Apparently the people that you are able to reach don’t have that authority and only the specialist can do that and you must rely solely on them contacting you back via email. I found about that MANY others have this exact issue when I went onto their forum.Save yourself the hassle and money and DO NOT PURCHASE ANY WYZE PRODUCTS!!When they first started customer service was great, but after they got a hugely funded investment for new products, they sourced all of their customer service to some foreign country that never resolved the issues. SCAM!

Review: Let me start by saying this is very user friendly super easy to setup even if you are not tech savvy! The app walks you through setup AND IT COMES WITH BATTERIES! I usually wait months to do reviews on products because I want to be sure I have used it a good bit to ensure I’m giving a fair and honest review on the quality of the product but I have many Wyze products mainly cameras several of which I’ve had for many years so I feel confident in saying that this product is made with the same quality. This product is affordable, looks very nice, and was made with quality materials. I’m so excited about this alarm system . It has So many features and ways you can modify alarm settings. If you are looking for a good quality alarm system that’s affordable then look no further oh also the monitoring monthly service is low! This also came with 3 months free service

Title: Home Monitoring Does Not Work On App, REPAIRED
Review: Used for a few months, Wyze did some firmware updates, now when you open app, press monitor tab… white screen of death! Reloaded app, ran setup all over, after setup it works but once you close the app it’s broken again. Reopen app and press monitor tab, white screen of death. So frustrating, their tech support does not know how to resolve this because it’s an software issue. Worked fine, the the update broke it. Totally frustrating, i’m out $100! It’s all over the internet that it’s broken, just fix it please!Dec 16 update, Sense Hub firmware has an update. Monitor Tab still only works once after setup and until you close the app.Dec. 28 update, app update just released, app fixed. The real question is why did it take them so long? Two months is a long time waiting for your home security app to work again!My take away is the entire Wyze company is in Beta, their products are fine but they don’t really have the programmers and infrastructure to maintain things in a reasonable amount of time. Buyer beware, i’m gonna stick it out with them for now.Mar. 10 Still working fine, updates coming (and working) on a regular basis now.

Title: For the price, it is fine.
Review: I have a full wyze system, from cameras to the security key pad and door monitors. It's typically fine, but can be unreliable. The cameras disconnect for no apparent reason here and there, one stopped recording and only did live stream. I actually had a car stolen from right in front of my house and the camera was "offline". It didn't record it. At some point I'll upgrade, but on the day to day, it does the job.

I wasn’t interested in the monitoring (the component not available here) I just want a security system for my house (if monitoring becomes available here in the future that’s great)When setting up, it will recognize a Canadian address but errors with the post code, must enter an American zip code (I used 90210, my go to zip code)Remember to keep your system in test mode (works normally but won’t attempt to dial emergency services)Happy so far and feel safer knowing we are protected when home or away

La intención de este artículo no contando con el soporte de atención por parte de Wyze/ noonlight, es mantener a la familia(en mi caso) informada de lo que sucede en la casa y formar esta cultura de seguridad.La alarma del HUB es lo suficiente para ser escuchada en la casa y adicionalmente agregue reglas para que también se activen las alarmas de las cámaras que tengo instaladas.Las alertas se activan mediante los sensores de puertas, senso de movimientos y pueden ser configuradas en el tiempo de retraso y como trabajen estas en conjunto con las cámaras wyze que detectan movimientos, sonidos y con el servicio CAM Plus ( $50 pesos por cada cámara al mes con pago automático en icloud) detecta rostros, personas, autos y paquetes 📦. (Solo tienes que ayudar un poco a wyze al inició enviando los fragmentos de tus videos para que ellos ajusten el AI de las cámaras).Es de muy rápida y fácil instalaciónLa calidad de los artículos es muy buena.El registro del HUB en la aplicación, se obtiene con una dirección postal de Estados Unidos, puede ser cualquier dirección y el mensaje de texto para la activación puede ser en receive-sms-free. Ya activado el HUB, funcionara de forma regular y la intención es compartir las cámaras y el servicio con todos los integrantes de la casa a fin de que todos estén alerta y en comunicación (Esperando que Wyze llegue a México 🇲🇽 algún día).**Ya viene con todas las baterías incluidas. Review: Best to stay away if you're relying on this to contact emergency services in Canada. As of now you need to put a fake address with a 00000 zip code to enable use of the keypad and still get alerts. It's still the cheapest service on the market and other than not being able to contact emergency services, you will still get a text and phone call if the alarm goes off.Only other gripe is the volume of the alarm is quite quiet considering it's supposed to ward off potential intruders
