Title: It is good.
Review: I bought a couple different of the popular selling "name brand" ones on the fronts pages before this and sent them back. The sound on this is a good sounding kind of sound. Yes I just said that. It can get hecka loud too if you want. To me, a lot of speakers, especially name brands it seems, have that kind of matte flat muffled-y kind of sound that makes it so you have to turn it up louder to hear, especially speech in movies, where this one is clear at low volumes while also sounding good loud too with music. It could be a setting, but this one is good out of the box. Just plug and play. And the Bluetooth works, it remembers, and it pairs consistently and very quickly. It will be one year since I bought it in 2 days, if it "mysteriously stops working" soon, I will come back and hit it with the 1 star, but for now it is a 5/5 stars for the price, it competes with the best of them in this price bracket for sure.

Title: Such Great Value for the Price!
Review: I was surprised at how loud and rich the sounds from this soundbar are for such a low price! I was planning to save up for a more expensive soundbar, but I wasn't especially picky. The speakers are just on the back of my TV, and I wanted the sound to be aimed directly at me instead. This soundbar exceeded my expectations for bass and volume!Cons:>> My Roku smart TV wasn't able to connect to it via Bluetooth, but it came with a cord as well. We just used the cord instead.>> You can't see the volume meter anywhere, either up or down, at least when it's connected via cord.>> There is no visual interface to understand what you're changing on the settings, so that can be confusing. However, the manual effectively explains what you need to know!

Title: Great upgrade for my home gym tv
Review: I have an old tv set up in my home gym so I can watch while I ride the exercise bike. This soundbar was a great upgrade for the setup, especially for the price. Pretty easy to set up, sound quality is solid - a big upgrade from the tv speakers. My only complaint is that the remote isn’t a typical IR setup so I can let replace it with my Amazon fire tv remote.

Title: Very positive Response from Seller
Review: When we got the sound bar, we couldn't use the remote. But it wasn't a big deal so we just did everything manual. I later read that the remote had a lifetime warranty so I contacted Amazon who put me in touch with the seller. The sent a new remote. But, unfortunately it didn't solve the problem so they sent me a new soundbar. Everything is working great now and the sound is great.

Title: GREAT PRODUCT, CUSTOMER SERVICE AND PROFESSIONALISM UPDATE AUG 25, 2023
Review: Purchased a sound bar the 26 Sep 2022, the name on the sound bar said (SAIYIN). EXCELLENT. Based on how satisfied I was with the product, August of this year 2023. I went to my order history and decided that I am going to do a second purchase of the item. I did, however when it arrived, the name on it was (RIOWOIS). I said this can't be good, the very fact it is just a bunch of vowels with some consonants creating a word that can not be pronounce. I realized that this can not be good.Anyways, I unboxed, set up. I realized the audio from AUX is very low, bluetooth connects easily but the sound quality takes too much of a high volume level for you to really get the punch.The OPTICAL connection was what puts this product completely in the trash-can. When I connected the sound bar to my TV OPTICAL connection, there was absolutely no audio sound except for a loud interference similar to a transmission from a two way radio.Why would a seller advertise something with a different name than what the product actually is? Why? Why would a seller use a different name to sell a product?This action is utterly deceiving, cunning and unfair and this kind of behavior should not make it on amazon. Online shoppers need the truth about a product. Is not like you are walking into a store and being assisted by a store attendant.Even at the point of check out the product was still saying (SAIYIN), it was when the product got shipped, that was the time they updated the name to whatever this is (RIOWOIS).This is misleading and Amazon need to conduct a better stream line of the products that are being sold on their platform.This product is a complete piece of garbage and it needs to be treated for what it is. Toss in the garbage bin. VERY VERY VERY BAD PRODUCT.AUG 25, 2023. Ok, so after receiving my item I was pretty upset based on the distortion that i heard in the system. I wrote my initial review based on how I was feeling. However the seller reached out to me.Very curtious, kind, understanding with a 100% professionalism. The seller informed me of some methods that I could try to achive the best sound quality and also some trouble shooting information.The seller even go as far as replacing the item, I am super happy with the great assistance and rhe great customer service from this seller.Just a word of advice to customers, (sometimes before we write reviews based on how unsatisfied we are, contact the seller first and try to see how best the seller can assist). This seller has really opened my eyes to a whole nother level of cutomer service and I would definitely purchase from this seller again.Even if its not about the product but the level of professionalism was the element that won everything.Rest assure as soon as I received the new item, I will be updating this review again.UPDATE TUESDAY, SEPTEMBER 26, 2023.Received the new replacement, set it up and put it to a full system test. works fine in every way, I am completely satisfied with the level of professionalism and the customer service experience. I would definitely purchase from this seller once more. Sometimes it is not really about the product, most times it's the approach that the seller takes in creating a unique experience for customers and or potential customers.
