Review: Got this as a gift for my husband for Christmas. He enjoyed it very much. It helps him with targeting different muscles while doing push ups. The handles are very sturdy and fit into all the holes without any issues. The holes are color coded which helps you to remember which muscle group you're working so you can switch it up daily. The handles can get a little stiff the more pushups you do. He ended up adding some fabric to them for cushion. It folds up easily making it easy to transport. Overall, it was a great gift.

Title: Very sturdy, compact when folded
Review: Bought this for my husband after buying a plastic one with bungee and a curl bar. The plastic one was so flimsy and difficult to use. This is perfection, it's not all cutesie and it's durable, doesn't move around when using and it folds up and can be stored in a cloth bag when not in use. 5 stars

Review: You pay for what you get and it’s very reasonable I believe. Compared to the cheap plastic versions the fit and feel of this is above the rest. Solid construction, no slip movement, quiet function. My first impression during unboxing was “damn” this is nice. You can’t go wrong with this item. Highly recommend. Don’t waste your money and time on the cheap plastic junk.
