Title: Great product!
Review: These are awesome for everything from French onion soup to broil cheese on top to microwave single serving cakes to individual party dip serving bowls (think buffalo chicken dip, chili, cheese dip). They were the perfect size for a LARGE single serving, or individual soup bowl, or for a small group with a smaller appetite.

Title: Great little soup bowls
Review: Was looking for some affordable oven proof soup bowls that I could use w/ company or family. These are 12oz capacity & work great. I make homemade French onion soup & melt the cheese topping in the oven. These work great. I looked at larger capacity bowls but honestly for a soup course 12 oz is plenty. Being small diameter & deep they are perfect for French onion soup. I chose the brown 2-tone because I worried that food would discolor the white after time even though white goes with everything including my white china (casual & formal). Sometimes casserole dishes get baked on black specks so I figured this brown would camouflage that. These are a nice weight ceramic without being too heavy to handle. I am very pleased & would recommend if you are looking for a good French onion soup bowl. These do not have a long handle. I did not want that. The pot is too hot to handle anyway when coming out of the oven & didn't want that long handle sticking out over the edge of the service plate. These have an extended rim with small handle on each side that works fine.

Title: Well Worth the Money
Review: The crocks were very well packaged for delivery and arrived in excellent condition. The crocks are sturdy, well-made, and handled the heat from the broiler when melting the cheese for French onion soup. Cleanup was easy in the dishwasher. We only used them once, but they look the same out of the dishwasher as when they first arrived.

Title: Nice but damaged
Review: Ordered a set of 6 crocks for NYE dinner, I needed 4 for that event. Unfortunately delivery person tossed package on porch even though "Fragile" was clearly printed on package (viewed through Ring app). The crocks themselves were excellent for French Onion soup and look very nice. Slightly annoying that I couldn't return for replacement as I wouldn't have received them in time.

Title: I highly recommend for any kitchen
Review: Did I write a review for these already?Well, here's another because now I've been using these a lot.Stands up to the oven and the dishwasher.I love that what I cook in is also whst the food is served in, so I have less dishes. Great also for portion control especially for more calorie-dense side dishes. I used for baked loaded mashed potatoes just tonight to accompany seperate plates of steak and broccoli. Have used already for baked mac n cheese, baked penne pasta, and another time chili. Worked great! Planning on using for 1) huevos rancheros, 2) chicken pot pie. 3) chicken tortilla soup, 4) scalloped potatoes, 5) most likely beef stew at some point this fall, 6) peach cobbler, 7) individual apple pie, 8) baked nachos with everyone's individual preference of toppings, 9) welsh rarebit...it's endless. They're smallish, so not good for EVERYTHING but...almost.I have a few larger ramekins but I like these better because they have little lip-like "handles" for more secure handling and the rustic look makes food look inviting.So far these have been used a lot and have become as invaluable in my cooking as my cast iron skillets. I do recommend.

Title: Perfect for single serving / great fit for portable lunchbox
Review: I was not compensated nor given a discount for my review.The packaging was great, it was enclosed in bubble wrap, taped, and placed in cardboard for mailing.I purchased these small soup bowls hoping to get one of just the right size, they did not disappoint, they are perfect for a single serving.I have only used mine in the electric lunch box, mentioned below, it’s great, I would recommend and definitely purchase again. 💥💥 UPDATE 💥💥I have taken the bowls from the refrigerator & freezer, placed in warming lunch box and food slowly warms/cooks to a nice hot temperature, I’ve had great results each time. Frozen foods of course need more time to heat, I can’t suggest a heating time because it differs for meats, veggies, fresh, frozen, etc... Title: Pay attention to the description.
Review: It's on me - I did not pay attention to the description. This is a 12 ounce unit. A cup and half is hardly the size that is needed for a good serving. You need at least 16 or better 20 ounce bowl. These are OK if you are serving a small portion of soup for an appetizer but not for a bowl of soup intended for a normal size person.
