Review: I love lemon 🍋 and was excited for a PF lemon cookie.I am very disappointed and wish I could return them. PF needs to start over with this one. (I’ve never had a PF cookie I didn’t like before!). There is not enough lemon flavor and it’s blah instead of “refreshing”. The sugar dusting is too skimpy. Many cookies fell apart in shipping (assume it was shipping). The cookie drooped- too soft? Not exactly but it could be described as chewing soft flavorless gum with a hint of sugar and lemon. Not for me.
