Title: Perfect hamburger bun pans
Review: This pan works perfectly. I wanted something that kept the buns to the size and shape I wanted. It couldn't be better.

Title: Huge!
Review: Husband and I make our own bread dough for bread (obviously) and hamburger buns. We like very large, thin burgers and this pan allows us to make great 5â buns. No greasing and cleans easily (just in case thereâs any cooked crumbs lleft behind).

Title: Not sure this is any better than using a cookie sheet.
Review: I've been wanting to make my own hamburger buns at home because it's so hard to find any that don't have ingredients that I don't want to eat - potassium bromate, soy oil, corn syrup, yeast extract, etc. When I saw this pan, I thought I would give it a try. Here is what I learned. This pan is very strong, it did not warp when hot. It's made of thick steel. However, it does have some kind of non-stick coating on it. The type of coating is not listed on the product page which gives me some pause. (I will definitely use parchment paper in it if I use it again.) It has small vent holes in the cups of the pan that I'm guessing are for air flow. I'm not sure that they are accomplishing any purpose based on my experience. It is mostly non-stick, but, if you use an egg wash, you'll need to run a plastic spatula around the edges to get the bun out. This pan is very easy to clean.I made a batch of dough that makes 8 rolls. I baked half in this hamburger bun pan and half on a cookie sheet with parchment paper (see pics). The only difference between the two batches is the buns baked in this pan came out MUCH darker on the bottom, almost over-cooked and a bit hard. These were cooked side-by-side in the same oven, at the same time, and on the same rack. The only difference between the two batches is the pans.Based on this experiment, I actually prefer the buns baked on the cookie sheet. Someone else might like them more well done on the bottom. I guess it's a matter of taste. The buns on the cookie sheet also kept their shape just as well as the ones in the pan. Bottom line: I really don't see a need for this product. It didn't seem to add any value to my hamburger bun making experience. The retail price at the time of this review is $19.99, and there is a 10% off coupon on the product page which brings the price to about $17.99. I guess the value is in the eye of the beholder, but I really can't recommend this product because it doesn't improve my baking experience, and I'm concerned about the nature of the non-stick coating. My rating - two stars.

Title: Very nice nicer than I even expected...
Review: Honestly I didn't even know that they made these let alone when they came how nice they really are in person rather than the picture they're so pretty they do look just like the picture but when you get them it's amazing to see that you could actually make a homemade hamburger bun with anything you want on top of it I haven't used yet so I can't tell you the outcome of how the bones came out but I intend to use it very soon I want to make the correct kind of homey dough and I want to use one with sesame seeds and everything seeds but really you could do just about anything make them buttery you could fill them with anything they have deep enough pockets... But they are very nice and sturdy and something that I'm really looking forward to using a lot in the near future and my son he's a chef and he cannot wait to use them they are great they're very large there are probably not accurately 8 in in circumference around very nice and large fits a nice large burger or whatever you are feeling it with and many possibilities on how to season up these buns but this is great especially if you'd like to do homemade dough and homemade cooking this is just right oven safe dishwasher safe very nice happy about the purchase and I definitely recommend it. Thank you and I hope this review was helpful...

Title: Great pans for small rolls or hotdog buns
Review: I started making bread and my kids love it. They started asking if I could make it in different shapes. I picked these to make mini subs and for hotdogs. They are a big hit!

Title: Too big for burger buns
Review: I received this item for free from Vine. I try to make all bread products at home and I was excited to see this listed in my Vine. I ordered this to use for making burger buns but found this to be too big to use as such. Unless youâre making 1/2lb or bigger burgers the bread to meat ratio is too bready. This though would make great Kaiser rolls and such which is now going to be my main use. The bread raises in it beautifully and is perfect shaped. It is super easy to clean (even by hand!) and surprisingly dough doesnât get stuck in the little holes.

Title: Better than expected
Review: This hamburger bun pan is great! Another baking item I didnât know I needed until I used it. We make pretty big burgers at home and I make my own bread, but it comes out more like a big dinner roll. This pan ensures perfectly shaped hamburger buns, and the perforations help it cook evenly.

Title: Good solid pan for Hamburger buns
Review: This is really solid pan, doesn't bend at all which makes it easy to handle going in and out of the oven. It's all one piece of carbon steel and weighs less than a pound. I have a countertop oven I frequently use for making smaller breads and this pan fits into it perfectly. The bottoms of the cups are perforated so steam can escape while baking. Besides hamburger buns this should also be good for anything about 5" around you want to bake such as mini pizzas. The only real trick with using the pan is sizing your recipe so it makes 4 buns, a lot of recipes are sized to make 8.This doesn't have a plastic non-stick coating so no worries about microplastics in your food, carbon steel is naturally non-stick and nearly indestructible, no problems with using metal utensils and it should never wear out. If you wipe a thin layer of oil on it with each use, it will become more and more non-stick with time.
