Review: But not for weight watchers, LOL! I got this book a few days ago and have made two of the recipes (Summer Campfire Smores Ice Cream Cake and Childhood Chocolate Cream Sandwich Cookies Ice Cream Cake), both of which are excellent.I did use store bought ice cream since I was trying the recipes out, but in the future I would use homemade ice cream to make it even better (and limit the chemical crap). Both of the cakes were tasty and delightful, and once you make them, if you are any good in the kitchen, you really don't need to refer back to the recipe much. Quick, easy and convenient. The chocolate cookie cake has a crust made up of OREOS and BUTTER. How the heck could you go wrong with THAT?!?!?

Title: No pics in this short cookbook
Review: This is a fun little cookbook but like so many published on here lack pics. She had a nice picon the cover and this has only 50 recipes so why not give us color pics of your creations?There are a couple of recipes on here that don't have ice cream in them. I don't know if she forgot to add the ice cream or the recipe does not call for ice cream but then it should not be featured in a cookbook featuring all ice cream cake recipes.The best photography has a 100mm macro lense for close up photography. This lense alsocan blur the background and make the recipe POP.
