Title: You'd Never Know These were Instant Potatoes
Review: Really love these instant potatoes! I bought a ten pound bag of potatoes from the grocery store for the holidays to make homemade filling, the next day I go to make them- They're COVERED in eyes! I was in a pinch, I had to feed my ENTIRE family! So I decided to substitute with instant potatoes...Needless to say, it sped up the cooking process, eliminating the need to peel, cut and boil 10 pounds of potatoes by myself. My family ate the filling, none the wiser. It tasted the same as if I had just used fresh potatoes in my recipe! I'm genuinely impressed, I've bought more to make as mashed potato sides for my meals. You would never know these are instant potatoes, they taste so fresh once prepared! I've had instant potatoes before, they were so awful (and salty) that I could barely eat them. Not these! These are the real deal! Highly recommend buying!
