Title: Heavenly, simply heavenly!!
Review: This is by far the best book on Hot Chocolate that I own (and I have many). There is a very good introduction and I love how the author gives a wonderful history of the recipes. The recipes are very simple and delicious! I am making them one by one and making notes. We've had a very cold winter so I have really taken advantage of these recipes and even still this morning of May 24 I made yet another one. Fabulous!!! Though I have seen some of the pounds creep up on me (LOL) - but I have worked them OUT -- cannot be without my chocolate!!! Makes a super great gift for those chocolate lovers in your life.

Title: Lovely
Review: This is a lovely little book (it's only 6" x 6" square, small enough to tuck into a handbag!) with some very interesting recipes. Each recipe provides fascinating information on chocolate in general, drinking chocolate, or the place from which the recipe originated. There aren't a lot of photos for my taste (I do like plenty of beautiful photographs) but those that are there are very nicely done. I'm especially fond of the Lavender-Pistachio Hot Chocolate and Hot Chocolate a l'Orange, the latter of which uses an unexpected combination of ingredients.

Title: Great Little Book
Review: This book came to my attention when one of my friends received it as a gift. After leafing through it I wanted a copy and decided to try and and find it at Amazon. They had it in stock so I bought two of them and gave one as a gift. I found the book to be more than a receipe book for Hot Chocolate. It told how and where to find the best Chocolate. It turned a cup of Hot Chocolate into an adventure. I am so pleased with the book I am going to give it as a Christmas gift to all my friends.

Review: this book has the best hot chocolate recipes ever I bought it because a french friend of mine had the hot chocolate cups from Angelina's in Paris and I hear she has the best hot chocolate and her recipe is in here. I've enjoyed reading the book as if it were a story just before I fall asleep so I can dream of chocolate in paris.

Review: Love this book so far. I haven't actually tried any of the recipes, but they all sound so good. It will be difficult to decide which one to try first, but I have my eye on the chocolat l'africains recipe from Angelina ' in Paris! Will update after I've tried a few this winter!

Review: This cute little book is well worth it's price. It's not meant to be some kind of huge bible or anything: just a casual introduction to one of humanity's best beverage. However, what an introduction !There are simple recipes, layered recipes, spicy recipes, boozy recipes. Hot chocolates, but some cold too. There's a few pictures, very pretty, but most recipes don't have them. In my opinion, not a flaw at all.It has also a handy section on ressources where you can get ingredients needed for the recipes (the higher quality chocolates can be hard to find sometimes), as well as a section for pairing the hot chocolates with sweets and the like. I must say I'm longing to try the cherry-chocolate ricotta beignets and the cinnamon-dusted churros.The book was fun to read, it was informative. It would make a great gift ! A winner for me.
