Review: Pros:- Easy to use- Easy to clean- Very DurableCons:- Haven’t had one yet.Summary:My spouse and I love the product. We make Hot Pot with 2 different Hot Pot Bases. One spicy and the other clear. No issues at all and good product for the price.Tip:If you’re cooking indoors, I recommend opening a few windows and get air circulating otherwise your home will start smelling like all the spices used. If you have a lingering smell after usage from all the food you’ve been eating. You can boil some oranges with ground Cinnamon/cinnamon sticks and set to a simmer after to act as a humidifier with natural smells.If the smell is still there, you can also heat up some coffee grounds on the stove until it starts to smoke and once it starts smoking and burning a little, walk around the affected areas with the pot to spread the smoke. Be careful about putting it around smoke detectors.You can have your home smelling like either cinnamon/oranges or smoked coffee.These are just some natural ways to do it if candles, and other air purify products aren’t working.

Title: Fantastic hot pot!
Review: Easy to assemble, easy to use. Looks great and works great too! I’d say it’s the perfect pot for 2-4 ppl. It heats up the broth quickly and lets you control the temperature. Perfect divider. No flavor escapes to the opposite sides. Also, it’s so light! Makes the cleaning up afterwards a breeze too.

Title: Great value, pays for itself in 2 uses
Review: Compared to the price of eating out at a restaurant, this hot pot paid for itself after 2 uses. It heats up quickly and is super easy to wash out since it’s nonstick. They two compartments work for two different types of broth, and the lid is safe to use. The only improvement would be to have a space on the pot itself to hold the lid.

Title: Handy, but could use some improvements.
Review: I've always wanted a skillet that has a divider. I didn't know they existed until I found this. I use it a lot! There are a couple of things that could make it better.1) This thing gets HOT! I am not sure that there is a difference in the heat settings. They all seem equally hot.2) It would be awesome to somehow have a dual temperature control. This would make this nice, handy skillet even more useful!Oh, and it's easy to wash!

Title: Defective hotpot with water spillage!!!
Review: What a mess! Just opened the box today to set up according to instruction manual. Washed the hotpot gently with soft sponge and wiped with dry cloth after rinsing with sponge. Then proceeded to do the water test and made sure the plug was tightly screwed on before turning on power. Filled the hotpot 2/3 of the way on both halves. Turned on the power and immediately noticed pooling of water on the mat, counter where the hotpot had been placed. Lots of water and I had to work quickly to unplug the power before pouring out remaining water. Noticed side of hotpot was scraped protective lining for the rim looked ripped up and figured it was a return item but decided to keep it if it worked. BUT it leaked horribly. What happened to quality control? I hope I just got a defective one because Imlike the “ small” size for a small household. What a shame! I bought over $100 worth of hotpot cooking ingredients from an Asian market just for the purpose of tying out this new hotpot. Unfortunately, I don’t have room in my freezer for the expensive meat and seafood items. So I will have to cook them with the good old fashioned method - stovetop! While I stand there watching ingredients for doneness. Very disappointed customer! I don’t usually have such bad quality with an item bought from Amazon ( I have been an Amazon customer from the 1990s, an early adoptee of Amazon way of shopping).
