Title: Required reading for all Christian fathers!
Review: I really like this book. Happy to say that I was already doing some of the stuff recommended in the book. But also got some great idea. In summary, as fathers the greatest gift we can give to our children is our time. Rather than coming home and plopping into your favorite chair with the iPad, take your little girl on a walk. Play catch in the back yard with your boy. Have a "date night" with your girl when she gets older (an idea from the book). Because in 20 years they will not remember the toy or the gadget you bought them for Christmas 2013, but they will absolutely remember and cherish the time you spent with them. And it's so easy for us, as competitive men, to focus so much on our careers and on providing "stuff" for our family that we miss out on some of the best parts.There is much more in the book, about being a man of God, a man of character, etc. But its a very enjoyable read that I recommend for all fathers.

Title: Good Book!
Review: Before I had kids, I had all these things I planned on doing. All these ideas for how I was going to do better than my Dad. Then my first came along, and it all was forgotten. This book presents practical ways to demonstrate your faith to your kids, and gives good guidelines for how a Christian Daddy should conduct himself (By modeling the kind of Dad that God IS, and not what we THINK he is). Chapters are short, but have excellent content. It has gotten me back on track in some areas I was slipping up. Highly recommended.

Title: Awesome and a must read for any father
Review: Thought provoking and well worth reading. Wish I had read this 40 years ago, to help me be the Godly father for my young kids. I even sent two of these to my son and son-in-law since they both have youngsters at home. Josh McDowell is one of my favorite authors, and teaches you how to be a better dad, and brings attention the things that your heavenly father does for you. He helps take an honest look at their life and teaches you how to tap into God's power, and with Gods help you will be a better father.

Title: Every father must read
Review: This is a very insightfull book that every father (and mother) should read. It explains all the things a good, loving, caring, respectful father; modeled after the Father our Lord, needs to do and references scripture for all aspects. I am a father of two young children and am glad I found this book now. Hopefully I can follow the advise found in this book and raise my children as my Father wants me too.

Title: Mandatory reading
Review: Excellent book on being the father to your children that your Heavenly Father is to you. This should be mandatory reading for every dad. Having read it with children under 5, I feel fortunate having the insights and information so early in my children's lives.

Title: You'll want to put it down!
Review: This book is full of great advice and really reminds you of how important it is to spend time with your kids. I can only read a couple of pages at a time because I just want to get up and play with my kids everytime I pick it up! It also helped me to see the opportunities that exist everyday to build our kids into children who love God. You will love this book!

Title: Eh - okay
Review: If you're a father that is completely clueless, then this is the book for you. Otherwise, it's about as "good" as 99.9% of other "how to be a good father" books, but with Bible versus. Some of the stories that the author uses seem so far fetched that they come off as fabricated, but even if they are, the use of the stories as metaphors will do the job for a host of fathers that, again, have no clue.
