Accurate Soil Moisture Detection：The XLUX Soil Moisture Meter can tell you if the soil deep inside your pot or garden is dry, moist or wet; whereas your eyes and fingers can only determine the moisture level of the soil surface.
Easy-to-Read Large Dial: The large dial is easy to read and includes three zones with ten scales, making it very straightforward to understand.
Immediate Moisture Reading: Insert the probe into the soil, and without waiting, the dial will immediately display the moisture level. You can then decide whether your plant needs watering based on the measurement. Do not leave this moisture meter in the soil for more than 5 minutes, as the metal tip will gradually corrode.
Less Damage: A single probe causes less damage to plant roots compared to double or multiple probes, and when you remove the probe after testing, it won't bring out much soil.
Usage Precautions: Do not use it to test very hard soil. Do not test water or other liquids. After testing, please wipe the probe clean.

Title: Quick and easy to read
Review: This thing is really handy to have. It's super easy to use. Readings are easy to see as well. It quickly tells me if my house plant soil is dry, moist or wet. I use it multiple times a week to test soil. I'd recommend this for anyone who has houseplants.

Title: Works perfect so far.
Review: Good for indoor plants and well cultivated soils outside. I would not go and jam it into a lawn as the unit is well built but i dont believe its strong enough to go into hard compacted soil as it will bend and break. Gardens and flower pots its perfect.

Title: It's not cheap. Its low cost
Review: You really can't go wrong. This gadget is at a great price and it does not feel like if I looked at it wrong it would break. Its not a cheap product. Mine is for indoor use and it stays in a grow tent pocket. Obviously, if you plan to leave it out in the sun or toss in & out of a box with other items to break it then you'll be on here leaving a bad review. It really is a solid little product and of course it jumps as soon as it touches moisture in the soil. Get it because this will help not only take the guesswork out, but gives you a guide each time so you can zero in on how your applications, and how much watering and all that will get fine tuned. And it is something you will use. Not a purchase that gets put away.

Review: Funktioniert echt sehr gut. Einfach den Fühler in den Boden stecken und am farblichen Bereich der Skale ablesen ob nass, feucht oder trocken. Funktioniert auch sehr zuverlässig bei mir. Gutes Gerät um zu prüfen wie feucht es an den Wurzeln der Pflanzen ist. Auch jetzt im Herbst wenn der Boden oberhalb eigentlich nass aussieht und man denkt man müsste nicht Giessen. Der Boden um die koniferen sah nass aus zumindest oberhalb aber anscheinend nur durch den Tau und die Luftfeuchtigkeit. Also habe ich jetzt 2 Wochen nicht gegossen weil augenscheinlich für mich sichtbar nass genug. Dann fingen die Bäume an langsam braun zu werden also habe ich gestern an den Wurzeln gemessen und der Zeiger blieb im roten Bereich. Also habe ich gleich gegossen. Man sollte sich eben nicht auf die Augen und die Beetoberfläche verlassen sondern lieber einmal mehr messen. Und dafür ist dieses Gerät echt sehr gut und einfach in der Handhabung
