Switching out of S mode in Windows 11
Windows 11 in S mode is designed for security and performance, exclusively running apps from the Microsoft Store. If you want to install an app that isn't available in the Microsoft Store, you'll need to switch out of S mode

1. On your PC running Windows 11 in S mode, open Settings > System > Activation.

2. In the Switch to Windows 11 Pro section, select Go to the Store. (If you also see an "Upgrade your edition of Windows" section, be careful not to click the "Go to the Store" link that appears there.)

3. On the Switch out of S mode (or similar) page that appears in the Microsoft Store, select the Get button. After you see a confirmation message on the page, you'll be able to install apps from outside of the Microsoft Store.

Activate pre-installed Office 365:
1.Launch any Office app >
2.Start your activation by signing in with your Microsoft account(Create a account if you don't have one yet) >
3.Click "Activative Office" >
4.Sign in your account and follow the next prompts. >
5.Complete Step 1,2 and 3 >
6.Click on Refresh once Office is ready >
7.Open a document and accept the license agreement.

Review: I got the computer went to set it up and it was glitching and the screens kept going out so I sent it back and they said they will process a full refund and charged me 150 for restock fee be cautious because they are not what it seems and he computer seems very light and put together very bad quality

Title: Lightweight and user friendly
Review: My previous computer was an HP desktop which is why I chose another HP product. So far the only issue was to get the time to be consistently accurate. After researching the issue I found that I needed to adjust the settings on the clock in the main settings for the laptop. Since making the adjustment all is great and time and date are consistent. Love this laptop, so far.

Title: Stand behind your product
Review: The first one of these I got on Monday and suddenly on Tuesday at locked up and you couldn’t even open it or log on or do anything it was like totally dead so I did my Amazon thing and returned it. I got a replacement one by Friday I call that pretty darn good especially since it’s Christmas, I love the HP laptop and I got an HP mouse and I haven’t learned to do everything yet but I’m practicing now and getting it the way I want it

Title: Frustrating Update Loop
Review: Had to contact the insurance, Amazon, Amazon technicians, and Seller just to go through many different options for me to just get refunded and return the computer. The computer’s screen kept blinking out then it went through an update loop where it would request to be updated then afterwards a notification would pop up saying “something went wrong on our end”. It would then request to be updated again and again along with other black box pop ups. Not sure if it’s windows, Hp’s, or the seller’s fault but it’s a frustrating situation to keep explaining to multiple people again and again. I do appreciate the people who helped me along the way.
