Review: The keyboard is silver colored, making the keys hard to read. So I purchased some stick on letters, numbers which made it fine. Again, great value for the money, very pleased. Set up was fairly easy.

Title: Disappointed with the case and keyboard.
Review: You can feel the case deflect every time you press a key. The keys are so cheap they look and feel like a kids toy. I doubt that this laptop would hold up to any travel. It was quick decision to return this unit.

Title: So far so good!
Review: I like the speed of the pc, size, and weight. The price was good also. But I need an explanation from the seller as to why they advertised storage size of 521G when the pc actually has 472G. Short-changing buyers of 50G, about 10% less than advertised isn't good. Is it OK to request $40 (10% of sale price) refund from the seller because of this? I'm enjoying the pc though.

Review: My previous feedback/review stated that my laptop was missing the key for MS Office Lifetime License. After the seller contacted me, I found that in fact MS Office 2021 was already installed on the laptop (as advertised) by the seller, and no separate key was necessary. I'm just starting setup, etc. and thought all I saw was a "trial offer" Office. Many thanks to the seller for straightening this out. 100% happy with the laptop, and the follow up service.
