Title: Great but..
Review: This is a really good humidifier in terms of cleanliness, aesthetic, and features. For the price you get this at, it’s very good, and it has stuff that I wish every humidifier had. However, my only actual issue is that it humidifies very slowly. This may be due to the invisible mist thing they have, I’m not exactly sure. This may be a problem for you if you have a pretty big room, and for example, in my case, I have my house AC running, and this humidifier is incapable of reaching past 64% humidity with my AC on. Because every time the AC turns on, it takes like 5% of the humidity away, and this humidifier is too slow to beat it. So the constant levels that I cannot escape with the AC on, is 59%-64%. While this is not a bad humidity, I think I would like to at least be able to reach a bit higher, at least to levels like 70%-65%. So if you have a big room you want to humidify, this probably won’t do it for you because it’s a bit weak in terms of humidifying.

Title: Terrible product - defective and unintuitive
Review: I want to like this product, but for some reason, the low water indicator is always on. I performed power cycles, adjusted water levels but, gone through the physical and app instructions to no avail. The app is nice and shows great information and it even has a portal where other users asks questions, unfortunately nothing indicating my issues. It's been about 2 hours of debug just to now say this is a waste of time.Fan does not turn on, I suspect this is due to the low water level.

Title: Perfect!
Review: This is exactly what I was looking for. It was easy to assemble, and it’s easy to maintenance. It also has a filter (multiple ones actually) so I know the water is clean, and it’s really quiet. I can’t even hear it on the low and medium settings. It really does run 48 hours as advertised too, and I can feel a difference in the air quality even when it’s only running on low.

Title: It outputs at a good rate and it’s quiet.
Review: It outputs water relatively quickly (though its tank is very small so be prepared for frequent refilling though it’s very easy to do without even taking off the tank). It’s very quiet on fan speeds 1 and 2. Speed 3 — the highest — is still relatively quiet especially for a “wicking” type humidifier. I have found both the built in temperature monitor and, more importantly, the humidity monitor are way off. The temperature reads much lower than actual and the humidity reads much higher than actual. BlueAir used to have real customer service; you could call their US office and promptly reach an actual BlueAir employee to assist you. Those days are long over. Either you will play email tag with BlueAir or call some offshore and unhelpful “customer support.” Overall it’s a good product.

Title: Worked great for month…
Review: I’ve been using this humidifier about 2-3x/week for about a month now, and I have somewhat mixed feeling about the product. Mostly, I use it at night in my son’s room and then I clean and dry it until the next use. Here are some of issues I have with the product:The filter is already down to 92% with 6-8 hour use, 2-3x/week for a month. It started out completely quiet at the beginning (I mean, you wouldn’t know it was on), and now it makes a buzzing sound while operating. I also noticed a few nights ago when the machine ran all night because of low humidity from our central heater, that a small about of condensation dripped down from the vents on the side of the unit causing a puddle to form under the humidifier (see picture).People made positive comments about the app, but quite a few times mine would say that my unit is “offline” even though my WiFi was working just fine for everything else in the house, and it would take me another five minutes to log out and log in and reconnect, etc.On the other hand, cleaning is pretty easy because it’s literally just the bucket at the bottom, but I always have to have a towel laid out because the filter, fan (top part of the unit, and the third interior part of the humidifier are all wet/dripping with water when I disassemble it for cleaning. I like that when the unit stops for period of time, an auto dry function kicks in which helps dry out the wet filter inside, albeit, it makes it less wet but I wouldn’t say that it “dries” the filter.I also love the fact that there is no mist coming out of the unit, so there’s no mineral film or condensation on furniture or floor surfaces.

Title: Quirky performance, minimal support
Review: There are many facets of this humidifier that are admirable — it's super quiet, easy to refill, and doesn't blow foggy clouds all over your room as most less expensive units do. The reason for the two-star review is simple: the BLUEAIR humidifier has a critical flaw — its hygrometer is highly inaccurate. I returned the first unit I received because it consistently read 60% when my standalone hygrometer read 40%. The second unit they sent reads 50%, which is an improvement, but it's still way off. So if you opt to buy this humidifier, be prepared to purchase a standalone hygrometer as well so you can adjust the settings on the BLUEAIR accordingly. (Yes, you can download a hygrometer app for your phone but most of them are wildly inaccurate.) I decided to keep this product for its good features, but still find it annoying that a company would market such a high-end product with such a sketchy humidity reader, which is the whole basis of the product. Both units I received were also quite quirky getting started. Following the manual's instructions to the letter, it still took 20 minutes for the unit to finally turn on. Last but not least, there's the matter of support, which is ONLY available via email, no phone contact whatsoever. It takes them up to 48 hours to respond with a support person, who then asks a question or two. When you respond with an answer, the next time you hear from them is 24 hours later. And so on. So each communication takes a day. I guess this is somehow acceptable these days, but gosh, it sure is frustrating. Hope you find this helpful in making your purchase decision.

Review: The noise level is almost null. I don’t know why in my video the sound was loud, may be the mic pick up the air flow.As for the quality, its seems pretty solid, even though I just started using it, less than a week. But the person in my family I bought this humidifier for, is saying that the humidifier is not making any difference and that it is cooling the room making it pretty cold, we are in the beginning of winter. The water capacity is little, I have to fill it up twice a day.Smart…. The app doesn’t integrate with Alexa no matter how many times you try enabling the Blueair skill on the Alexa app.The wick all of a sudden starts drying keeping you without humidityHowever the humidifier has a thermometer in degrees celsius (very convenient) and a hygrometer too. How accurate the hygrometer is I can’t tell because I don’t own a separate hygrometer to compare the values. But from my judgment I would say not to depend on a hygrometer instead a humidifier because the hygrometer will measure the humidifier’s output humidity. It will not tell you a few meters away from the humidifier how much is the real humidity in your space. It is a bit difficult to fill up because the electric elements, fan and wick are all above the water tankSo you will to take off everything just to reach for the water tank that you constantly have to refill. You will need lost of counter space to put the part to take the tank to the sink and back to your roomThen putting the top back is also a chore, the holes have to fit within the opening for it to snap inIt’s trial and errorThe screen however is very pretty and it is pretty sensitive to the touch making it of higher qualityAll in all I still like it, it is budget friendly compared to all other evaporative humidifiers out thereIt makes the room smell freshI feel like it is an air purifier and a humidifier in oneI wouldn’t return it even if I had another humidifier for the winter. It is quite, it doesn’t over humidify your rooms like ultrasonic ones doI guess it has a good balance

Review: This evaporative humidifier looks very good and was doing a decent job of maintaining an acceptable relative humidity in a smallish bedroom. I kept it on night mode at all times. After three weeks, however, the unit started making a buzzing sound at all possible settings, too loud for a bedroom. I sadly and unfortunately have to return the unit.

Review: Plugged in and screen flickered on and off a few times, then stayed on. Thought this was normal. Proceeded to set up app and connect device, touched the screen and the power went off. Tapped it a couple of times and it came on again. Moved it to where I wanted it and came back after 10 minutes and power was off. Tapped a few more times and when it came on again i twisted the plug in back and it cflickered off again. Seems to be a loose connection in the device. Not good for a product filled with water

Review: I do like the fact the humidifier is mistless but the one I received kept leaking water from the tank. I think something was faulty with the intake but will get it replaced and try again.
