Review: My husband talked me into buying a humidifier for the room after weeks of painful sinus headaches this winter. I’m so glad he talked me into this. This little guy has changed my life. My sinus headaches due to the dry air are pretty much gone.Here’s what I love:It has an auto feature that detects the humidity in the air and runs the humidifier when it gets 10 percentage points below the target humidity.The humidifier holds a gallon of water. It has the option for cool or warm mist. It’s easy to clean and the manual includes visuals to walk you through how to clean it. The LCD display and buttons are easy to use and don’t require much pressure.The app is also a great feature. And it connects the device to Alexa so I can control it using voice commands. The device stays connected to wifi even when unplugged for cleaning. And when the device is off, but plugged in, it still detects the percent humidity in the room around it. And the app includes a convenient link to the use manual. I’ve found this super helpful when I needed my daughter to clean the humidifier while I was away—i grabbed a few screenshots from the cleaning section of the manual and sent them to her.

Title: I love it!
Review: Great purifier. We also bought aroma oils, which you can add to a special diffuser. It has an auto mode, which we use most of the time, so it measures humidity and turns on/off whenever required. It also has warm mist feature, but we didn`t use it much as it was hot, but I think once it cools down, it will be great addition to the cozy atmosphere. And you can manage it through an app, which is also convenient.

Title: Nearly Perfect Humidifier
Review: Our furnace does not have humidity control so the house becomes very dry during Minnesota’s 7+ month long winters. This brand came highly recommended by several consumer sites so we decided to give it a whirl. It was easy to set up and sync with the controller app that works with both ios and android devices. Both the cool and and warm mist settings perform very well, but we usually keep it on cool mist. The unit runs very quiet and we appreciate how the app offers notifications when the tank is empty. We bought the 4.5 liter unit figuring it would be easier to carry to refill. Glad we chose this option as it needs to be filled at least twice a day and it is not practical to run back & forth with a pitcher to fill it. All the features seem to work fine, except we have yet to use the sleep function as we set it to auto maintain 50% humidity. Time will tell how durable it is. Hopefully, it will last several years. Will update if any problems are encountered.My only concern is that the humidity sensor is on the unit where the humidity is at the highest. As it uses blue tooth & wifi technology, the manufacturer should consider offering a separate humidity sensor that can be placed across the room to ensure a more accurate humidity reading.

Title: Works nice and it is quiet.
Review: Bought this for my living room because it said was good for a lager room, but it does not seem to do the job. We are going move it up to a spare bedroom where my sits in the mornings do to her health. Just bought a larger levoit for our living room, have not got it set up yet. I like the phone app, so easy to use and I can put both on the app. It is nice not to have to get up and change the settings all of the time. I do like the heat setting which a lot of the humidifiers we look at did not have. This is our first humidifier so we do not have anything to compare it with, even though it seemed to not do the job in our living room but it did raise the humidity up to around 39 to 45%, but my wife, due to her dry nose really needs it a little higher.

Title: Great Humidifier
Review: This is our second Levoit humidifier. We first bought the model that does not load from the top. It is great, really puts water into the air fast, which we need in winter because our furnace dries our house out. I like the remote control and the ability to shut off the display lights by remote on the older version. It does a much better job than our previous small humidifier from CVS.The only complaint with the first Levoit we bought was that you have to take the tank off to refill it. This is an awkward process and we almost always spill water while doing it.Enter this newer model with the top fill. This solves the one flaw we found with the first machine. However, this model does not come with a remote; instead it connects to wifi and can be managed via a phone app. That a good idea, but it seems a little strange that the humidifier needs access to our wifi in order for us to use all of its settings. On the other hand, there is no remote control to lose. I haven't actually used the app, I just use the buttons and it seems fine that way too. And again, the best thing is the top loading. We keep a jug of water next to the humidifier and it is easy to keep it filled without spilling. We still run both machines in different rooms of the house, but the top fill model is the favorite. The water does get cloudy (we use tap water, against the manufacturer's instructions) and it needs frequent cleaning. Now we are adding a few drops of water treatment to it (also against the manufacturer's instructions) and it can go for weeks without needing to be disassembled and cleaned.

Muy notoria mejoría desde la primera noche.Además: ofrece vapor tibio (con tres niveles de temperatura) o frío, en ambos casos, con 3 niveles de intensidad o cantidad de vapor; tanque de agua grande que me dura hasta para 3 noches (no lo uso durante el día); detector que apaga el aparato automáticamente al quedarse sin agua, lo que evita descomposturas o accidentes; encendido y apagado automático y programable desde un aplicación fácil de descargar y usar, después de conectar el aparato a un teléfono o tableta mediante Wifi e identificar el humidificador (operaciones fáciles aunque NO soy un joven experto en computadoras y celulares) y un manual muy claro y completo, incluidas instrucciones muy importantes para limpiarlo y evitar descomposturas o que se formen hongos.Ruido muy moderado y luz del panel de control muy discreta que no me han causado problema alguno para dormir. La luz del panel puede apagarse, manualmente o al ponerlo en la función “Sleep” o Dormir.Varias de las críticas en otras reseñas se deben a no leer o no seguir sistemáticamente las instrucciones del manual, incluido el tipo de agua a usar, etc.Feliz con este humidificador que escogí después de leer muchas reseñas sobre distintas marcas y modelos. Review: This device saved me from terrible dry winter days. My nose bled, and my hands cracked, but not anymore. The advertisement says it has VortexMist Technology and can increase room humidity by 10% within 15 minutes with up to 430 ft² room; I think it’s 100% true. I bought a separate humidity measuring device to see if it is indeed that quick, and it is! Compared to all other humidifiers I have had over the decade, this one can humidify and replenish the room with humidity fast. Its vapor also reaches very high; I’d say almost 5 feet! Which helps even distribution. There is also an upgraded 2.4Mhz atomizer, and that provides finer mist and faster spreading. I have found that putting it on warm mist humidifies the room faster. And I’d recommend trying this option. To conclude, this smart little thing packs a punch. Oh yes, also they recommend distilled water, but since that seems complicated, I just got the“Protec® PC-1C-BX Continuous Cleaning Cartridge” to reduce mineral build-up. It is also smart-home compatible so that you can ask Alexa or Google to start, stop, and even set the humidity level and mist warmth.(Oh and some people mention that the humidity reading is wrong, the solution is to try to have it blow away from the air intake/ sensor which is on its right. This has also been mentioned in the manual.)
