Title: Very Thorough and Easy to Use!

Title: Amazingly accurate and great customer service
Review: We used this product throughout our home to test for mold. The instructions were clear, it was easy to use,and produced accurate results. The brochure provided has great pictures of most common mold so you can easily tell if there is an issue in your home. And the customer service was absolutely wonderful. We had one mold that grew we couldn't identify. We sent a picture and had a very clear and complete email answer within a day. I haven't had service like that in years! Highly recommend this for initial testing.

Review: How to use the kit was clearly explained. It was easy to use. It found mold in some areas of the house.I found it difficult to interpret the photos for each type of mold and the explanations so broad that I wasn't sure if I should be concerned, so I sent photos to the laboratory (suggested in their documentation).I got a reply back the same day!It showed the photo of the mold, identified the mold and TOLD ME WHEN IT WAS IN THE NORMAL RANGE. This was exactly what I needed.This is an excellent product for someone who wants to test his household.

Title: Easy & Helpful
Review: This kit came with 12 agar-filled petri dishes excellently wrapped, gloves, large sterile q-tips, and an easy-to-read guide book. The book provides very clear instructions for how to collect, store, and grow your samples. It also has pictures and descriptions of the most common house molds. The book concludes with instructions on how to remove mold and keep your home mold free. If you are unsure about the type of mold you grew, an email address is provided to send pictures. This is free of charge. My husband and I weren't sure what we had, so we emailed the company on Thanksgiving morning and received a reply by Thanksgiving evening. I didn't expect them to do that on a holiday. I was very appreciative. Nora, our guide, confirmed what my husband and I thought we grew (we didn't tell her what we thought) and gave us some additional tips for how to keep our home's mold to a minimum (because, as you will learn, all homes have a little mold - which is completely normal). I have already recommended this product to extended family members. If I ever need to test again, I will buy from this company again.
