Title: Makes excellent ice cream
Review: I purchased the two flavors - vanilla and chocolate. Both are excellent, but the vanilla flavor is especially good. The mixes are essentially sugar with flavors (vanilla or chocolate), and some emulsifiers. So feels a bit expensive knowing that. But the taste and texture both come out right. I made mine in a KitchenAid mixer, using their ice cream maker bowl (needs to be frozen for a day. For the chocolate, I added chopped up pieces of Reeseâs Mini Peanut Butter Cups, which turned out great. For the vanilla, I added finely chopped pieces of used Madagascar Vanilla beans (by used I mean they had been soaking in brandy for a year to make homemade vanilla essence). Also turned out great.

Title: Pricey treat that is worth it on occasion.
Review: Expensive buy but made without anything artificial making it more costly. The chocolate is our favorite, hands down. We added cinnamon to the vanilla mix for cinnamon ice cream and it was delicious!
