Title: Really good. Keeps Ice cream cold while eating it. Love it. Ice cream lover.
Review: The canteen is really great. The color is perfect. Keeps the ice cream cold and without dripping. I can eat my ice cream calmly without having to worry it will melt. Recomend 100%. The natural temp once i get the ice cream out is 80-110F outside and this keeps it frozen.

Title: WORKS GREAT! BUT LID COMES APART
Review: I have a Cusinart ice cream maker so i make ice cream iand freeze in these containers. I have 4 of them. Even stays frozen inside our Yeti when going to the cabin (4 hours away). This would have been a 5 star but i have returned several of these because the stainless steel outer lid separates from the plastic inner lid. I tried gorilla glue to hold it together but one of those "fixes" just came apart last night. Going to try some metal bonding epoxy next

Title: Works very well!
Review: I like to buy a pint of ice cream and take a day trip without hauling a cooler around. This works incredibly well and even after 4hrs it still stays relatively thick.

Title: WOW!
Review: I decided to take the risk on this rather expensive thermos. I haven't been able to buy ice cream for some time because we always go out to lunch after shopping. The first positive impression was that the pint fit right in like the promo picture showed. We put it into the trunk at 11 a.m. on a 70 degree day. And then I totally forgot about it...At 7 p.m. the brain finally kicked in-and panicked. I was expecting warm ice cream soup. Incredibly, it was still cold and had a core of recognizable ice cream. I couldn't believe it. How worth the price this little cooler is!

Title: Taking frozen clam Chowder through the airport
Review: As I sit here at the airport, after an overnight flight delay, the one good thing I can tell you is about your Ice Cream Canteen!I am originally from New England, and now live in California, and wanted to bring my California friends a taste of REAL New england clam chowder. I read online that you could take FROZEN items through airport security, but how to do so? I ordered one of your canteens.I bought a pint of my favorite chowder and put chowder and canteen in the freezer. Then on morning of my flight I popped the frozen pint chowder container into the canteen, put the canteen in my carryon luggage, and traveled to the airport. Of course security did have to open it to make sure was frozen.. and it was still frozen solid.There was an overnight flight delay, and so i once again traveled to the airport, and went through security., and we checked and found the chowder was was still frozen solid, this is 24 hours after my initial trip.While at the airport, I showed off your canteen to several of my fellow stranded travelers, one of whom immediately ordered one on the spot for her next trip.Thanks for making such a great product.Jessica Miller

Review: Bought this and the tub cannot be opened. Also, I ordered 2 units in one purchase and now I have to fill 2 completely different returns to 2 separate addresses - one in Indianapolis and the other in Vegas - which do I use (or is there a way to even open these things when this stiff) !!!!

Review: For a product which is so expensive, there seems to be a lack of quality control. You will notice that the round metal logo on the top is not centred or sitting flush (same with the other containers I received). The other problem may not be a manufacturer's problem and might be the seller's packaging - this particular item arrived with a damaged / dented lid. I am sure that this damage will not affect the use of the product, but at this kind of price, you would expect a very well made product.
