Title: powerful, sturdy, game changer. Great for frequent chop/blend/whisk needs
Review: So far, very pleased.Sturdy feel works like a champ. I have been wanting one for some time. I had bought another brand but it didnt work. This works. This has been a great addition to my kitchen so far.The unlock and power button need to be pressed at same time. So place in hand with buttons facing away from you. Line up your fingers to be able to press both. This will get it powered up. Once going, you can release the lock button, but dont have to. Just know that if you stop, you will have to start that over again. Pretty sure this is the norm.Attachments are easy on/easy off, easy clean.Have yet to use the whisk, but can say that both the immersion attachment and the Chopper does a great job. This tool is something I have been missing in my life. I love not having to get out my big heavy noisy blenders all the time, especially for small jobs. What a game changer.

Title: Second one I've purchased, upgraded from old version
Review: This is the second of these that I've purchased. The first one played out after about 7 or 8 years. The mixing cup is larger and more slender than the old one, works better for blending smaller quantities but also holds more. Very happy with that. The speed buttons and lock button work fairly well. I have small hands so I still use two hands to get it started. But in theory you could use it one-handed. Easy to clean and has worked well so far. Here's hoping for another 7 years!

Title: Good but awkward to use
Review: I have an old cuisinart stick blender that is easy to use and still works well after 10 years of light use. It’s handy and quick. This new smart stick is not handy: the need to hold the lock unlock button and on off button simultaneously is awkward and not explained clearly in the instructions: as soon as you move or accidentally reduce pressure on the on off button the stick stops. Then you have to go through the two step sequence again. This safety feature is no doubt satisfactory to the company legal department but a royal pain. Anyone with loss of grip strength will have trouble using this device. Keeping it but not ideal.

Title: Convenient and powerful
Review: This year Canning tomato sauce I finally broke down to get the immersion blender because it was a pain too blend tomatoes in the blender. You could only blend so much at a time and transferring it from pot to pot as it got blended was also a mess. The immersion blender solved all my problems and blended up the tomatoes into marinara sauce smoothly and quickly ,

Title: Not as good a product as in past years
Review: Let me first say that I bought a Cuisinart blender about 10 years ago which came with similar attachments - a whisk, blending cup, and chopper and I loved it. I used it for soups, smoothies, frozen smoothies, pureeing cooked vegetables, etc. This product that I purchased to replace my 10 year old blender (that is only just beginning to show signs of possibly stopping working in the near future) seems worse quality and is more annoying to use. It also has not worked well from the first time I used it (about a week ago). There are some things that I like about it that they have improved upon design-wise but has overall I am very unhappy and regretful of this purchase. The first thing that I noticed when I took it out of the packaging was the lock button. It seemed like it would be annoying but not a deal breaker by any means. I also noticed that the stick is longer than my older model and the blending cup is 3 cups vs the 2 cups that my old one came with. I was excited about that. My partner washed it up and put it away waiting for it's first use. When I took it out to use it for my smoothie, I found the pour spout on the blender cup was broken and the plastic seems much more brittle than the material used for the older cup that has not broken or chipped in the 10 or so years that I've owned it. So though I don't doubt the possibility of the chip being in some way my partner's fault even though he didn't notice that it had happened, the material used is definitely different and definitely more brittle than our previous model. I continued with my smoothie-making and when I went to blend the lock button was very annoying and made my smoothie making a bit more difficult. Instead of being able to hold the blender cup while I started the blender to ensure no spill, I found that I needed both of my hands to start the blender with the lock button. I appreciate the variable speed though I doubt I'll use anything but the high speed. Once blending my typical smoothie of frozen fruit, hemp hearts, greens powder, yogurt, and liquid that I've blended frequently (sometimes daily) for years with my other blender - this blender would start and stop. I've tried the troubleshooting suggestions to no avail. I do not recommend this immersion blender where previously I was telling all my friends and family how great my (older version) was and all of the things that I use it for. Very disappointed.

Review: Llego muy bien empacada. Quisimos usarla por un tiempo antes de opinar y estamos muy satisfechos con ella. No es ruidosa y tiene buena potencia. Se desarma muy fácil para poder limpiar la parte inferior sin exponer el resto del aparato al agua y se arma nuevamente igual de sencillo. Viene con vaso medidor grande de plástico resistente. Es el segundo producto que compramos de esta marca y tienen muy buena calidad. Excelente compra.
