Title: Perfect Frying Pan
Review: I pay attention to build quality on products I buy, and this pan is off the charts excellent! I like that I can use metal utensils, it's dishwasher safe, and oven safe up to a 600-degree broiler. Honestly though, I usually hand wash the skillet, which takes no more than 30–60 seconds. Heat distribution seems very even. My only knock, if you can even call it that, is that the non-stick surface is so slick that I have to chase my eggs around the pan with my spatula in order to flip them. I'll take that any day! I would definitely buy this again.

Title: Best nonstick skillets!
Review: Over the last 3 years, I purchased several Blue Diamon skillets and I consider then to be by far the best nonstick cookware. I have used a lot of "non stick" skillets with different coating, but all of them either didn't work or do not last long. Blue Diamon works as advertised and after 3 years of use, its surface is as good as new. Planning to buy more!

Title: Great pan, for the most part
Review: Very durable and well-made - it feels solid and weighty in hand. Cleaning is a breeze as nothing sticks to it after I'm done cooking in it. However, WHILE I'm cooking eggs in it, they tend to stick. 🙁

Title: Blue Diamond is FANTASTIC!!!
Review: I now own three of these frying pans in different sizes and I love them!!!I have the 8 inch, the 10 inch and the large sauté pan! They are induction compatible and you can use metal utensils in them. Once they get to temperature, you can turn the heat down and the pans hold their heat well for faster cooking. Cleanup is a breeze as well! LOVE them!

Review: Work extremely well. I have not experienced any issues with food sticking. Just be sure to use oil or butter first and not spray coatings.

Title: Nonstick nonexistent
Review: The skillet itself is beautiful. It’s solid and feel of quality is definitely there but the big sell is its nonstick feature. Sadly, this was a huge disappointment.Based on the many positive reviews, I think I got myself a lemon. Even with a generous amount of butter or oil, everything sticks—it just won’t release without drama. Eggs need scraping off and are served up looking scrambled although meant to be over easy.And the cleanup is another issue. An overnight soak is required with every use and still the pan appears in need of cleaning after a good washing. True nonsticks don’t require any work.I missed the 30-day return window so I got stuck with the pan. Guess it didn’t want to release me, too, but I ejected it into the trash.

Review: Estoy usando esta sartén alrededor de tres meses!Mi resumen: Es ideal (al menos para mí 😁)!Lo elegí por las siguientes razones:1.Es 💯 de acero inoxidable, y NO tiene ninguna capa de aluminio.2.No tiene Teflon, ni cobertura antiadherente.3.Tiene la cobertura de cerámica.Cumplió todas mis expectativas.Quiero decir que se puede freír con esa sartén sin aceite.Me encanta el arroz, ragú de vegetales, y las hojuelas los que preparo con esa sartén.Es súper facilísimo de limpiarlo: agua tibia, esponja (sin parte que raya) y un poquito de jabón (si quieres limpiarlo a 💯), ni siquiera hay que tallarlo, todo se quita por si solo y bien rápido.Después de esa sartén me compré kit de las mismas 😁🙏☺️Lo recomiendo ampliamente!

Review: I've been using it twice a day for over a week and this is a great pan. Nothing sticks to it, cleaning it is a simple wipe with a paper towel and a quick rinse. It feels like a pan should. To work properly a pan needs mass. This has it and the multi ply metal goes all the way to the rim. All my other "unscratchable' pans had fine scratches within a few days, this one still looks like the day it was delivered! I've already bought another one (larger). I don't know if it is the diamond dust in the coating but it works. A bit expensive but quality always is. Get one of these, you won't regret it!
