When it comes to bottles, a good latch can be hard to achieve. That's why Evenflo created the Balance + Wide Neck Bottle, providing a complete line of feeding solutions for your baby's changing needs.
Designed to support healthy bottle-feeding without interfering with mom's personal breast-feeding journey, Evenflo developed a unique and intentional nipple shape to allow for a proper latch along with an adjusted flow rate that promotes a comfortable drinking pace for baby. These are key components for moms that will be breast and bottle-feeding. This gentle feeding system also comes with Evenflo's patented Proflo venting technology that reduces the potential for colic, reflux, gas and fussiness.
To help take the guesswork out of feeding your little one the Evenflo Balance + Wide Neck Bottles have molded measurement markers in both ounces and milliliters to provide an easy and accurate way to measure the volume of liquids without the risk of the measurements washing off.
An added bonus is that you can pump directly into these wide neck bottles with the use of the Evenflo Balance + Wide Neck Pump Adapter (sold separately) for added convenience. Rest assured that Evenflo bottles are 100% free of BPA, polycarbonates, PVC and phthalates and are made of FDA approved food grade material.
SUPPORTS HEALTHY BOTTLE FEEDING - When it comes to bottles, a good latch can be hard to achieve. That's why Evenflo created the Balance Plus Wide Neck Bottle, designed with a unique, naturally sloped nipple and a wide nipple base allowing baby's lips to maintain a wide latch without getting tired or slipping to the nipple tip, similar to how baby would latch at breast.
GULP-FREE FLOW RATE - The Balance Plus Wide Neck Baby Bottle is designed to have a slower, more comfortable flow ensuring a more relaxed drinking pace for baby, without the need to gulp to keep up. The perfect choice for baby's first bottle.
PREMIUM VENTING - Evenflo Feeding's patented Proflo Venting Technology was developed to ensure milk bubbles stay in the bottle and not in your baby's tummy. This gentle, 1-piece venting system helps significantly reduce the potential for colic, reflux, gas, and fussiness, keeping your baby comfortable even after they are finished eating.
EASY TO CLEAN - Designed with only 3 pieces, the Balance Plus Wide Neck Baby Bottles can be easily assembled and disassembled for a quick, thorough cleaning between feedings. And because there are only a few parts, there is nothing extra to worry about misplacing. These bottles are also dishwasher safe (top rack only), making your busy life a little easier.
PUMP DIRECTLY INTO YOUR BABY BOTTLES - Breastfeeding and pumping can be a time consuming task and as a mother you have things to do. Evenflo Feeding's Wide Neck Breast Pump Adapters (sold separately) allow you to pump directly into the bottle saving time and energy. The adapters work with most standard neck breast pumps and pumping directly in your Wide Neck Baby Bottles help make pumping sessions quicker and easier.
BPA FREE - You're committed to your child's safety and so is Evenflo Feeding. Their baby bottles are 100% free of BPA, polycarbonates, PVC, and phthalates, and are constructed of FDA approved food grade materials.

Title: The BEST bottles for breastfeeding babies.
Review: Honestly I don't know why these simple bottles so easily fly under the radar. Sure, they don't have the new age hype (or weird shape, or hefty price tag) of Tommy Tippy, Comotomo, Mimijumi or Nanobebe (or all the other new bottles with pointlessly "yuneek" shapes and names). The company also doesn't spend as much on advertising as Dr. Brown's, Avent and Nuk. Nor do they have the dirt cheap appeal of basic, classic 80's Walmart bottles.HOWEVER, these bottles are a revelation. Their nipple shape is truly unique, the silicone is softer than any other bottles I've tried (except one, see below), and most importantly, my babies actually took to them while I was nursing full time (unlike the other bottles I've tried).I think the difference is the way that the gradual slope of the nipple causes the baby's lips to flare out like they do around the breast, and they can get more of the nipple in their mouth, and use a more natural motion to suckle instead of just sucking milk out of the tip like every other bottle.Don't quote me on all that though, I'm not a doctor or anything. Just a mom of six who's used these on at least three of my kids (after trying more than a dozen other brands). One final thought, if you are trying to decide between the standard neck or wide neck, it doesn't matter. I have both, and both nipples are equally appealing to my youngest baby. The short wide mouth has markings to 5 ounces but you can squeeze six in if you really want to fill it to the top. Standard neck has 4 ounce markings. Wide neck is easier to clean. Standard neck is slightly more manageable for tiny hands to grasp on their own (even that isn't a big deal because my baby didn't care, it was mostly in my head). Tall wide mouth holds 9oz so if your baby only drinks 6 like mine it could seem a bit much, but you also might need that much so who knows.Ultimately my vote is for the wide neck because you can clean it with a rag or sponge or whatever but you need a bottle brush for the standard neck. That's it, it comes down to cleaning. Your priorities might be different though. As an afterthought, there is one other bottle I also loved. If you absolutely must buy two brands to try, make your other choice the Lansinoh breastfeeding bottle. It has the softest nipple ever and the shape lets them take as much in their mouth as they need, and use a natural suckling motion. Here's why it (just) got edged out when I decided to choose one to buy more of. 1, the vent hole is slightly less easy to clean and it's slightly harder to put the nipple in the ring. 2, the markings are printed on instead of raised. 3, there was nothing stopping it from going too far into my baby's mouth and since she was preemie she gagged on it a little in the beginning.

Title: Good bottles.
Review: The lactation consult gave me these to try instead of the other ones we had gotten. These ones have no inside piece to clean. Three parts bottle, ring and nipple. Thats it. They have a little notch make sure that is up so the baby doesn't get air. They have different flows as well. Will use again if we ever have another baby after the toddler demon stage.

Title: I love
Review: Iâve been on the hunt for a bottle I loved but that my baby also loved due to not liking the feel of his previous bottles. These were a perfect match no leaks and the size itâs great. These wide neck makes it easier to not make a mess with the formula.

Title: AMAZING!
Review: We have used these bottles with breastfed baby for the past 10 months and havenât had a single problem! This was the only bottle he took out of the ones I tried! Knowing how to check that the nipple is venting properly and pointing the vent spot towards the ceiling is so helpful to keep the nipple from collapsing. Highly recommend these bottles to any momma who breastfeeds!

Title: Great bottles
Review: My son is breastfed and as he got older I started using my motif Luna pump. I had sample bottles from dr brown, avent, mam, nuk, etc and tried every one for him. He hated the nipples on all of them and had trouble latching on. The bottles that came with my pump were actually his favorite. They were wide and allowed him to latch just like a breast. Now that he is six months old the slow flow nipples on my motif bottles were starting to aggravate him. He needed a medium flow but they donât make their nipples in medium. Then I found these bottles. Theyâre the same concept, nice and wide nipples for him to latch onto. Also $25 for six bottles is a very good deal to me. Amazon didnât have the medium flow nipples (it said I wouldnât get them for 1-2 months) so I googled them and found them on targets website. 6 medium nipples for around $10.

Title: Some positives and some negatives
Review: I like that these bottles have very few pieces and are easy to clean. The wide neck nipple really encourages proper latch as well! The only bummer is that the medium flow nipple seems to be permanently out of stock and Iâve had issues with them venting well the longer weâve used them. So my daughter doesnât swallow bubbles or feel like sheâs sucking through a blocked straw, I now have to take the bottle out of her mouth to let it vent and then replace it multiple times throughout the feed. Definitely pros and cons with these ones!
