Title: After a long and exhaustive search, THESE ARE IT! Love love love - esp for long work days! A+
Review: I had to write a review on these after my normally cranky/complainy over insoles hub nearly drove me to madness with the constant whining! Yes I understand long days on your feet suck and it's important to care for your feet / back etc (and have a lot of compassion for that stamina, as I can't do more than 3 minutes of "labor" 🙂 but I literally bought TONS AND TONS of high end insoles and changed them out constantly with zero success. Not only does that get expensive, but handling sweaty/stinky inserts all the time takes a little bit of your soul one sole at a time (groan!) We tried Sof Sole, Air Plus, Spenco Work, and a handful of other "work insoles" - the Spenco ones were not terrible, but he still had foot pain after long days and never really said anything great about them.AND THEN THESE CAME INTO OUR LIVES! I have not stopped hearing the glowing praise for how amazing they are - we are on the 5th discussion about this, I think, which is amusing if not slightly weird/repetitive. Last night I heard a 3 minute speech how "I'm exhausted, but my feet feel great! No leg pain!" Wohoooo - the spell has been broken. What else can I say but the report is that these give much needed all day (sometimes 12-18 hours) support without being overly bulky (they are somewhat thick, may need to go up a half a size unless your normal shoes are roomy, and especially if you wear thick socks.) He wears these with pretty thick thorlos in a roomy work shoe, and they are great. They are really easy to cut to fit (NOTE - to all the people complaining they don't fit, these, and all insoles in the universe ARE FOR MULTIPLE SIZES - a 10-11 is going to be too big for a 10, and will need a bit of trimming. That's how this works :)It gives a bit of an arch support but is not too thick in that area, so should work with most people's feet. They also don't get as gross/stinky/grimy as many others, I do take them out to wash now and then and they have held up extremely well. A little bit of foot powder helps but dont go overboard, and it's more important to wear a good quality non cotton sock!Kind of ridiculous and amazing that something like an insole has made us so happy, but it's the little things, right? I would pay $25 for a pair any day, but got the last batch from a popular shoe online site with a code and paid under $20 - but they are worth EVERY PENNY of whatever you have to pay for them, and will last longer than cheapie ones.+1 for Timberland! Attached a few pictures - hope they help...buy these now - throw all the others away :)UPDATE:Continue to love these and have bought 2 more pairs! A few notes after reading some complaints on these:They are NOT sports insoles - not meant for sharp and sudden movements/activity, which I think some people said they used them for and they didn't hold up - I'd stick with a sports insole for those activity for sure.I saw a photo of someone's very worn out ones apparently after afew months and couldn't believe it - DH goes through 18 hour work days and they never look even half that bad after a long time. Of course if you do wear them every day and do hard, long, hours and/or handle very heavy things they would wear quicker. In that case 3-4 months isn't too bad of a life span for insoles...and with custom orthotics being $500-$800, $25 3-4 times a year is still really inexpensive for the relief they give...For Plantar Fasciitis, you need a very suppportive/firm higher arch (I've been through this and it sucks, I feel your pain!) I'd recommend the "Powerstep Pinnacle Premium Orthotic Shoe Insoles, Flexible Cushioning, Perfect For Alleviating Foot Pain" ones - they have helped my PF SO much and are very comfortable (there is an original version but those don't have the layer of cushion on top and I felt they were very hard.) The Timberland Pro ones do not have enough arch support for PF though, so wouldn't really help for that issue.Hope this helps!

Title: Very Good Insoles
Review: These are the best replacement insoles that I've found; very comfy and seem to be holding up longer than the cheaper, common store-bought brand ones. That being said, they are spendy. I took a star off due to the price and due to the fact that if you're like me you tend to disregard five-star and one-star reviews. You get what you pay for, so they may warrant the extra star.

Title: Comfy
Review: These are nice and comfy. Definitely give with each step. I had to cut them to fit my shoe. They are much thicker than the other insoles so I'm having to get used to the top of the shoe being tighter. As long as they keep me on my feet longer, I don't mind.

Title: Great Insoles
Review: These are the only insoles I buy. I am a relatively big guy, 5'10 about 300 lbs, but these keep my feet feeling good even after a 12 hour work day. I use Timberland Boondocks for work, but I also replace the insoles of other shoes with these. I recently replaced the insoles of a pair of Ariat Workhog boots with these, a night and day difference. I will no longer be returning the Ariat boots for being uncomfortable.

Title: Pulls socks right down into boots.
Review: I used to love these insoles, they are great and just the right type of cushion, but these have a definite nap to them that pulls socks right down into my boots. Even walking from my business to the post office, I have to stop several times to pull my socks up and out of my boots. It's a shame, because these are expensive and good otherwise.

Title: Highly recommended lifesaver for those that stand and walk a lot
Review: I don't typically write reviews but I'm doing it for this one because it has truly been saving my feet and back. This is my first time ever buying aftermarket inserts and after searching on various websites, this seems to be highly recommended.I wore out my New Balance boots after a year of walking on concrete for work, and slowly I've noticed how the heels of my foot, knees, and back were aching after walking on concrete for 5-8 hours at a time. I would come home feeling exhausted and having to sit down due to the pain and discomfort. I attributed those feelings of pain as something that's normal when walking on concrete and never thought too much about it. I had the mentality of just sucking it up and powering through it. One day, it became too unbearable and I decided to see if inserts will help. And holy cow, it made a WORLD OF DIFFERENCE. I'm not sure why I didn't get inserts sooner. After taking out my original inserts that came with the boots, I noticed how flattened they are and it finally clicked why I was having unnecessary pain in my heels and back. I specially got these Timberland Pros after seeing how cushioned it is in the heels. After putting these in, it felt like I was walking on water with a new pair of boots. No heel pain or back pain. I felt surprisingly fresh after standing and walking on concrete for 5-8 hours and didn't feel the need to have to lie down after. Inserts are probably already common sense for many people, but for a person like me who just discovered how effective it is, it is mind blowing to me.I was nervous about having to cut down the inserts (I ordered Large) for a size 10 boot. I knew that was coming, but it was surprisingly simple. I just took out the old inserts, matched the left and right inserts with the new ones, used a sharpie to outline the old one, and use scissors to cut around the tracings. I ended up cutting off the portion of the toe box area on the Timberland Pros inserts, and they fit just fine into my old boots. If you need visual help with it, there are plenty of videos online that show you how to do it. It literally took me less then a few minutes.

Review: I stand all day, I've tried many different insoles but these provide all day comfort. They are more expensive then Dr Scholls type brand and comparable to SOLE, Superfeet or Spenco. If you are looking for maximum cushioning these are great. If you are looking for support for high arches, plantar support or pronation issues, these are NOT it. These insoles I find to be super dense without being squishy support. I've had them for several weeks with no sign of compression from wear, so I expect these to actually last for some time.
