Do you want to quickly grate a few raw potatoes to whip up some rösti or some hashbrowns? With the innovative new Potato Grater from Betty Bossi, you can create lovely long potato shavings in an instant. There is absolutely no risk of injury when using the Potato Grater. The potato is grated in an enclosed space, from one compartment into another, meaning that there are no splashes and no sticky fingers. This allows as much of the potato to be used as possible, with only a minimal amount left behind in the compartment. Place the potato in the white compartment. Place the beige grater part on top and twist to grate.
The Potato Grater makes preparing potatoes quick and mess free. The two enclosed containers prevent sticky fingers and work surfaces
Potatoes can be prepared for making rösti or hashbrowns without needing to be pre-cooked
Thanks to the easy twist action, you can grate potatoes with minimal effort
The Potato Grater and its enclosed container make it safe to grate your potatoes without the risk of injury
Both parts of the plastic grater are conveniently dishwasher safe. The two parts of the Potato Grater nest inside each other for space-saving storage

Title: Technique
Review: Did not like the product the first time I used it the second time I used it I sliced my potatoes so they were longer and slender and this works flawlessly. It did a beautiful job. It’s all a matter of how you cut the potatoes so that they will feed into the shoot better try it you’ll like it.

Title: Not an effective ricer
Review: If it only worked as well as they said it would. Took a good hour of frustrating work to rice 3 lbs of potatoes. It just wanted to spin the potatoes around in the spiral chamber, not force them through the ricer holes. I bought this from a local kitchen store (not Amazon). Won’t use it again. I guess I’m back in the market for a potato ricer.
