Review: I googled 304 and it's actually 18/8 stainless steel not 18/10 which is still a good quality food grade stainless steel but from the pictures I see there is no stamp stating which it is.I also tried to google the company but failed to find it anywhere, the box is stamped China though.From the information, or lack of, I will pass on purchasing this.

Review: As I was preparing Thanksgiving dinner this year (2023), I noticed the non stick coating coming off of my 1990s potato masher. Experts say non stick peeling in pans can give humans cancer, non stick anything probably can! That same night I went on a search for a new masher. Came across this product. No non stick coating. After reading the description and a few reviews, decided to pull the trigger and order one. I am so glad I did. This masher is a little bigger than in the description. It is 10" in length. The stainless steel masher is exactly 5" wide and 3" in depth. Just remodeling my 1962 kitchen back to Industrial Vintage. The copper in 2 places with the stainless makes it a perfect match for my new kitchen design. The handle is slightly flared outward, in the middle, for better gripping when in use. Love the black handle which sets off the copper & stainless colors better. The stainless steel mashing head is so thick, I'm pretty sure it will at last me. I should never have to purchase another potato masher in my lifetime!! (I'm 62). Well worth my $20 + tax! Bravo to the designer of this beauty!! Definitely 5 stars!!!

Title: Unit is Anything But a Professional Heavy Duty Potato Masher
Review: I have to return the first potato masher that I've received because the head of the masher was bent. I've since received the replacement. Upon comparing this masher with the one with a plastic head that is already in my possession, this masher is light in weight. My concern is that the potato masher here will not withstand the force to mash anything other than very soft or well-boiled vegetables and fruits. Just surprised that this masher does not match the quality of my potato masher with the plastic head. Therefore, I will need to return this replacement and stick with the masher with the plastic head that I've used for some now. Disappointed in this lightweight masher and that it was represented as a professional heavy-duty potato masher. I had expected a sturdy tool for long-time use.
