Review: I've used OtterBox Defender Series cases on all of my phones and I was always very impressed with protection that it provided to my phones. Every one of my phones look like new when they were removed from the cases (and I keep my phones for at least 5 years before getting a new one).This OtterBox Defender Series case is for a 9th generation 10.2" iPad that I just purchased. The OtterBox case comes with a protective screen on the top section of the case, so, no installation of a protective film is not necessary. Once the iPad is safely encased in the OtterBox (go to YouTube and find a video to show you how to open the OtterBox case because I needed to go there to find out how to separate the top from the bottom of the OtterBox Case because there are no instructions included with the case) you will notice just how completely protected the iPad is. included is a secondary cover that you can put your OtterBox protected iPad into (with the screen facing down into the cover which snaps into place. Use this cover whenever you're transporting your iPad anywhere or when traveling. There is a handy place to store a pen if you have one with your iPad. Some people may say that this Defender Series case is a bit overkill in how it protects the iPad, however, I plan on keeping this iPad for a long time and I feel that this case gives me the peace of mind that it is secure and safe from whatever incidents will happen in life to damage it.

Title: Fantastic case, but it's REFURBISHED
Review: This product does not indicate that it is refurbished. The product I received is clearly marked as refurbished. I would have preferred to have bought a brand new product.That said, the refurbished product I received seemed "like new". Nothing seemed wrong with it at all and it was in new packaging.The Otterbox Defender case itself is a stand out product. I can't imagine a more durable or protective case for the iPad. The front and back are equally protected by rigid plastic. The front "shield" snaps firmly in place.When you remove the front part to use the iPad, this front part is a really good stand! It lets you position in the iPad in at least 4 ways; perhaps 5 depending on how you count. I find this "shield stand" to be incredibly useful. Much more so than you might think.This case is so strong that I have no problem throwing the iPad and case into a backpack, luggage, etc. I'm confident the iPad won't be damaged. I don't think I would check this in airline luggage. I'm not sure that's allowed anyway because of the battery. But still, it's a very durable and strong case.Highly recommended.(Minus one star overall because it was a refurbished product that did not indicate that in the listing.)

Review: Bought a new one for my son because his old was worn out after 2.5y. Only upon swapping the Otterboxes, I noticed how much damage the old Otterbox had caused to the casing and even glass of the iPad. The inside of the Otterbox has sharp edges and glue to keep the Otterbox's clear plastic cover in place. After a while this will cause a large amount scratches and spots on your iPad !

Review: Funda para ipad 7,8,9 generación. Materiales de muy buena calidad. La goma es muy agradable al tacto. Me gusta esta funda porque el ipad sin funda es demasiado delgado y resbaladizo, pero con la funda le da un poco más de grosor y eso ayuda a su agarre. Cuenta con la tapa de plástico para proteger la pantalla cuando se transporta en una mochila, por ejemplo, y además esa misma tapa es un soporte para poder colocar el ipad en diferentes ángulos. El protector de la pantalla no es un protector convencional de vidrio que va pegado, sino que es un plástico que pese a estar en contacto con la pantalla, no está pegado como tal. Al ser plástico tal vez el tacto de la pantalla no es como uno de vidrio templado o del estilo, pero es más que correcto y protege de roces y arañazo. No es una funda barata como tal, seguramente sea de las más caras, pero es de lo mejor que hay y me merece la pena para proteger el ipad. No solo es robusta, sino que también es bastante elegante. Muy contento con la compra.
