Title: The Shark Matrix Plus 2in1 Robot Vacuum & Mop is a true multitasking marvel!
Review: The Shark Matrix Plus 2in1 Robot Vacuum & Mop with Sonic Mopping is a true multitasking marvel! This little powerhouse handles both vacuuming and mopping with ease, making it a perfect companion for anyone who loves a clean home but hates the hassle. The app has come a long way and is now super user-friendly, making it a breeze to set up and control. Setting up the off-limit zones took me about 45 minutes, but once done, it worked like a charm, keeping the robot out of areas I wanted to protect. The suction and mopping capabilities are top-notch. It tackles carpets and hard floors with equal vigor, and the sonic mopping feature is a game-changer for those stubborn stains. The self-emptying dustbin is a fantastic convenience, saving you from frequent trips to the trash. However, I do wish it had a dirty water dump or refill station that didnât require changing attachments. But hey, for the right price it is worth the it.In short, the Shark Matrix Plus 2in1 is a cleaning dynamo that makes keeping your floors spotless almost fun. If youâre looking for a reliable, multifunctional cleaning buddy, this oneâs a keeper!

Title: Amazing cleaning on combo hardwood/flat rugs with a lot of pet hair
Review: I was reluctant to purchase an i-Robot / Shark due to the expense. I have a house cleaning service that comes every two weeks and I do clean in between. But on the Prime days with 50% off I figured I would give it a try. I went with this model because it said it vacuums, mops, picks up pet hair and works in the dark. The quick set up directions for the device, wifi, mapping and phone app were sufficient and I didn't have to refer to manual or watch videos. I have a smooth short haired Jack Russell that is always in shed mode. This Shark actually works and is competitive (maybe better) than my cleaning service on the floors as in gets under most everything and goes to the edges. I like to run it at night or when the dog and I are out of the house so the house could be dark. It is quiet enough that I can close my door and sleep or work from home. Prep is easy, I move small objects off the floor and turn the dining/kitchen chairs over on top the table. When I am heading out of the house or to bed, I just open the app and hit the clean button. For my medium size house it runs a bit over 1-1/2 hrs. The device empties itself into the base dust bin and lines up to re-charge. Only nasty thing is seeing all the dust and dog hair when I empty the dust bin. It really does a great job vacuuming. I have not yet used the mopping so I cannot evaluated on that. Maybe later I will update. But I wholeheartedly recommend the Shark Matrix Plus 2in1 Robot Vacuum !

Title: No more fur balls
Review: Environment: use just on second story of four-story home, the main living area. Large area of hardwood floor with two area rugs. Four rooms: kitchen, dining, living room, bathroom. One pet: long/haired ragdoll cat. Fur is like rabbit hair.Cons1. Frustrating at first because it took a while to properly map this floor. But now it seems to know its way around.2. Mapping app is not precise. Had to live with bot missing a couple of inches around the area rug. Not a big deal.3. Spot (matrix) is not size-adjustable, but you can locate the âspotâ generally where you need it to be. Would be much more useful if I could adjust the size.4. A little loud but not bothersome5. Doubt itâll actually hold 60 days of debris. No worries tho. Iâd rather empty it more frequently.Pros:1. Excellent job vacuuming mostly hardwood floors. 2. Moves onto 3/4â thick wool area rug with ease and does a nice job. Also maneuvers over 1/2â threshold rise as it enters bathroom.3. Scheduling works great.4. Mops well.5. Nice job self-emptying into bin.6. Speaks and sends notification if it has issue (clean me I canât empty into binâor something like that). Happened during first use. Sure enough cat fur and shedding from wool rug filled that chamber (I intentionally hadnât vacuumed to see how this would work). Cleared it out, itâs never happened again). It did get stuck onceâsent notification and spoke, asking me to correct the situation.7. Seriously keep cords away. I forgot and it grabbed plug end of cord and whisked away. Donât know if it would have pulled heavy lamp from table but I grabbed cord before anything happened.8. Battery life is good. Runs around 82 minutes each time. It does go back to dock once each time but it seems to just empty bin then immediately returns to where it left off.9. Charging is fine, but I donât know how long it needs to charge because it has another 24 hours before it needs to run again.VERY happy with this product esp for the money (prime day deal). I used to vacuum once/week but cat fur that wasnât visible anywhere constantly materialized on three sets of stairs and in corners. The cat fur invisibly floats around. Ventilation draws the fur to the stairwells I run this robo vac every dayânow no cat fur anywhere including stairwells. I will still manually mop once/mo (run robo vac mop once/week) so I can apply quick shine.Buy it, you will like it. Game changer for me.

Title:
Review: It's a great vacuum/floor cleaner. Does exactly what's it's supposed to do and does it well. The app, however, is a real waste of time. It's annoying having to always sign in, and super annoying navigating it. I don't need that much organization in my life. Appliances really don't need apps! What's next? A push broom with an app?? Would give it a 5 star if the app was easy to use, but it's just not. Not time saving, not logical and certainly not practical. It's just not. What I do think is exceptional on this machine is, the 'non tangle' brush and that the machine stops if it picks up something that will damage it. In question was a 'tack' it picked up and it shut down immediately. Love this feature. As for the floor cleaning option, it washes well, but I hate to clean any machine, so I will just use it for vacuuming as the dust bin is so easy to empty, and cleaning the washing liquid out of the washing component is not my kind of fun. Worth the $$ to me, but I should have got the model that just vacuums, and saved a few bucks.

Review: Shark 2 in 1 Mopping has stopped working after just use of 1.5 years. I bought it on amazon paying C$750 and found it is not worth the money. Few issues which I think are important to know for this model1. It has 2 different installations, one for vaccum and other for mop. The vaccum collects dirt in the main base, but the Mop install collects dirt in the installation itself. What this means is that dirt and water remains in the same installation causing it to clog due to moisture (which happened to me) and then stopped working by not identifying the mop install.2. The AI algorithm not very good, I have faced issues where it gets stuck in a loop and I had to restart it. This happens for one of my room and multiple times.3. Limited warranty: This is the biggest issue. Shark has only 1 year warranty for a $700+ product. Looks like they don't have any confidence in the product. They will need more money for any issues post 1 year and don't guarantee a solution. My usage has been very decent for a 500 sq feet home and have used it with care. Still it stopped working on me. I would not advice this product.

Customers like the cleaning ability, suction power, and ease of setup of the robotic vacuum cleaner. They mention it does a decent job cleaning, saves them from having to vacuum or mop, and self-empties into bin. Some appreciate that it's user-friendly and requires much less intervention.
