Title: hoping this helps
Review: my nutritionist recommended using this, so i do. i just used it tonight with a red curry dish.i also cook with iron dutch ovens and pans.my family for completely different reasons are anemic. we take iron and eat rich foods but some struggle with storing iron in their bodies.this fish is heavy and is the size of your palm in length. but the iron is activated by acidic foods (tomato, lemon, lime etc)a video tells you how to activate it unless you are using any acid in the food already then you flip it in.easy to cleanbig enough no one will accidentally eat it (like that dreaded bay leaf)i love my iron fish!!

Title: Rust
Review: If anyone struggles with it rusting too quickly. Try soaking in vinegar for an hour wipe away rust with a towel or sponge. Repeat as needed.Then after each use wash and dry completely ( I pop it in the oven for 15 minutes to speed the process) then coat in oil and it should prevent rusting.

Review: I’ve ordered many iron fish in the past, but this is the first time I have use this brand. I don’t recommend this as it turns the water in my tea black almost instantly. And unfortunately, there is a “no return policy”, which I didn’t know before purchasing. I don’t recommend.**Revised review - after posting this review the Company reached out to me as they knew I was unsatisfied. I want to say the customer service was ouststanding and they worked to resolve my issue.

Review: I really wanted to love this product since it had no side effects like taking iron supplements but the first time I used it the second I took it out of the water. The water tasted horrible and the entire fish rusted. I soaked the fish vinegar to get rid of the rest, but it still has a horrific smell and rust present. I’m so sad I can’t return. DON’T BUY
